Hi All , since i've been gone I did not improve my scores.
Im discovering the site and a got myself a new mini laptop !
The Big CD´s won´t fit in the laptop. There is no way for me to pllay rayman on it.
Does somebody knows how to play Rayman without a CD.

Could you rephrase that? You're not being very clear.

The easiest, but most expensive way is an external DVD rom drive. The most basic models, who'll do fine for playing games or listening to audio CD's cost about 50 euros in Europe.

For the rest, if the netbook has Windows you can use Daemon Tools. On your desktop / laptop computer with a DVD ROM drive make an image with Daemon Tools. Then, put that image on a USB stick and plug it in your mini laptop. Then, mount the image with Daemon Tools on your mini laptop and you're good to go.

If you have Linux it's much easier. Tell me if you have Linux and i'll quickly explain how it's done. It's easy with the "dd" command.

If you don't have the material or the money for my solutions. Then you can also download the game on your mini laptop. It isn't illegal, since you've got an original copy of the game. So download the game using torrents, and then use a No CD crack.

You might want to put the Rayman 3 program files on a removable device, though. Since mini laptops often have a small SSD to store their data an. I think 8 GB SSD's are common ?

So if it's your main computer, you might want to keep programs on a removable device. The only thing it will affect are the loading times. But for the rest it'll run quite good.

Can't you just use an emulator?
Mobile processors are generally to slow for today's really demanding emulators.

The only chance of emulating a console from the previous generation would be to write one using the UltraHLE concept, then GameCube emulation might just work.

It's not going to work on a netbook.

Droolie has a ultra fast 2.53 Ghz Intel CPU with four cores, you have a CPU with one core running at 1.6 Ghz, and the minimum for Dolphin to be able to run some homebrew games is a CPU with one core running at 2 Ghz.

So, be my guest by trying it, but you're wasting your time. Sorry, but that's the truth.
