I've been looking everywhere for information about this game. No gaming sites seem to have any information other than the name. Is this a cancelled sequel to Rayman Brain Games, and, if so, how come there's no info about it at all?

Gamespy says it's an unreleased game.

Oh, I wish they released it. Then again, if there was another educational spinoff, I probably would never have heard of the main series. My first Rayman Game was Rayman Junior and it was years until I heard of the real Original Game and my Dad still believed that it was the original for a while after.

Except for the United States, they said it was released on August 8, 2001.

While searching on IGN for some cool Rayman stuff (rare Rayman pics, etc) I came across this:

A Gameshark magazine shows that this was indeed a game, but there are no information about the game yet.

Cool discovery. It seems like it would have been an educational game. It had a release date too. Maybe it was a cancelled Rayman game. Also, you gave me the idea to look for stuff on IGN and I found an interesting article:
https://www.ign.com/articles/1998/09/29 ... -the-works Ubi Soft's two-team strategy portrays more than just good planning. While one team prepares initial concepts for Rayman 3, a separate team is brainstorming Rayman 4, of which the company showed early concepts to game journalists last week in its Montpellier, France offices.
Does that mean that people saw stuff for a Rayman 4 that was before Rayman 2 came out? Oh, so the article is linked to Rayman Arena so maybe the "Rayman 3" that was Rayman Arena and was "Rayman 4" was Rayman 3?
IGN is interesting. I went to the web archive and this photo showed up a few times

Sorry, I don't know how accurate my stuff is. I'm kind of speculating lol.
