hey im new to the forums!
i was recently searching for rayman 4 on google, but when i typed it in something appeared in the suggestions "rayman 4 the dark return" so i searched it with "s ether side and a few pages appeared. i searched for the name on the pages the links led me to, i could not find the name written anywhere on the page, some pages where not even related to gaming in any way....
but one of the link descriptions cought my eye it said: "=Cancelled Titles. = ''Rayman 4 The Dark Return. Unknown date. Beyond Good & Evil 2 · Driver · Harvest Moon Online (PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360) ..." yet when i click the link to the page its no ware to be found, same with all the other links, i dunno what this is but it must have had alot of searches on google to get in the suggestions, can anybody make sense of this? was it a canceled rayman game? or just some fan game i dont know about? this is quite interesting....

yeah thats what i thought, it just puzzles me why its had to many searches on google and that it looks like it has been mentioned on different websites at some point....

maybe just someone trying to get people juiced up for a fake rayman game that started to spread

Allow me to explain.

Some anonymous kid on Wikipedia is hellbent on writing on all Rayman related articles there that there'd be some stupid shit called "Rayman Advent" which would be a Warner Bros animated TV series or something [which is complete bullshit because as far as I know, KidsWB is defunct and I'm not sure if WB are even animating anything for TV that isn't Scooby Doo; and if WB had the rights to Rayman, the vast majority of Rayman videos would have be nuked by now because Warner still has a hate boner against Youtube]. This Dark Return junk is v. likely to be his/her/its doing. This person even tried to pump this bull into our own wiki, which I got rid of and any future attempts will also face the same punishment.

tl;dr don't believe in anything that's not an official Ubisoft confirmation. One of the first places they may announce something would be their Twitter account which is simply named Ubisoft.

Thank goodness! I can't wait till the real Rayman 4 comes out on the Wii, PS3, and the Xbox 360. And Maybe even the DS.

And GBA. And PC. It has to come out on those too.

MLII, the GBA is really long dead now unless you have the knowhow to make a homebrew for it.
