I think it will be a 3D game
I'm Gonna need some help I think because I'm only good with the modeling and graphics
But I have the programs.

You might look at making a mod of an existing open-source 3D game, like Quake 1/2/3. There are tools out for making levels and models for Quake, and it's a lot less work for a programmer to mod an existing open-source game than to make one from scratch.

My point is that if you make some mods to something like Quake 3 showing some of what you want to do, it may interest a programmer enough to make the changes you want. You'll have to take the first step, though.

Hm.... you know this actually sounds pretty cool. I don't have any 3D programs or anything. buuuuutt maybe I could help you with the beta theme or logo, if you want me to, I don't mind.
