Tonic Trouble Soundtrack
A non-official rip done by someone else. I zipped it for the TT and Eric Chevalier fans.

I like this soundtrack a lot too. (Rayman is the best of course

)

Sadly, one or two segments were missing in this version so where necessary I carefully added the missing segments in from the only recording available of the special edition. The credits track is also from here."

I do not want to create a new topic about it, but the musics from the Nintendo64 version are now available!

You can download them here :
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/4yh9rqeb2qih ... Fu_za?dl=0
And to inform, Droolie upload them the same time as those of R3.
I hope you enjoy them.

BTW. Are they MIDIs like in Rayman 2?

I have recorded them in Flac, so, no. They aren't of an extraordinary quality, but they are good.
I can try to rip them, but it may take me more time, I am less good with rip.

They're just a captured MIDI files. But they're nice and interesting. And something's wrong with these files. My Foobar stucks during load/seek of these songs. Maybe you've exagerated a compression. And since they're the MIDIs, you would capture them at 44kHz instead 21kHz, unless in game they sounds a same. But good work.

How can I do? I am a beginner in this field, in case you have not yet noticed.

No problem

But my English has some weaknesses.
You should have sample rate in program responsible for recording. When capture is done, you are save project, and then you'll choose sample rate. We predict that it have been captured already above 21kHz (ex. 44kHz>), so when you saved file to flac, it should be audible deterioration of quality. You must find when you chosen 21kHz, and change it. Also during saving to flac, you did something wrong during chosing compression. Keep it default, or some middle setting. I don't know if there is a sense of capturing all of this files again because a) we must be sure that normally in game they sounds better, and you deteriorated quality b) maybe Droolie some day will extract just MIDI files, or it's done already somewhere.
Generally remember that you done your work, and it's your free will to dig in this more.

Thanks for your help.

No problem for your English, mine isn't best. (I'm French, but I try to improve my English as much as possible)
I still have my old file (with all the music in it) so I can save them in 44kHz? (Without loss of quality)
deton24 wrote:we must be sure that normally in game they sounds better
My record sounds as good as the music played during the game.. After that, I can not do more. I do not have enough experience at this level, I just wanted to help RayTunes..

Ok, I'm hearing that it's possible during evaluating sound.
I still have my old file (with all the music in it) so I can save them in 44kHz? (Without loss of quality)
If they're nearly the same, there is no need of doing it.

Thank you for understanding! ^^
Otherwise, you speak French? It would be easier for you to communicate with me in French, my English is unreadable, as you can see ...
