I think this is the only way she is seen in the game ( she is seen like this in multiple places though ). I never saw any concept art or fan art of her in real life, but maybe someone else can give you some concept art or fan art pictures, since I don't know for sure if they exist or not.

Since Spiral linked to that other thread I'm locking this. Besides Toots isn't even a name, it's American slang.
