To tell the truth...
Being ass-pinched and farting at the same time. It's horrible. Though being surrounded by christmas pudding basins who's tops WOULDN'T FUCKING FIT!!!!!!!!!! is just as bad.

Pudding basins and their assorted lids are scarier than pain.

I wonder how much longer it will be before technology becomes advanced enough to stop people from dying. I hope it isn’t too long.

I personally would find eternal life like that really, really painful. Hope there's an opt-out button when the time comes!

Even if that idea was developed, I'm sure it would be legally rejected. Imagine the strain it would put on the world's already large population.
As far nightmares, I'd say painful death, or maybe losing something or someone sentimentally close...

Yes, imagine the whole world would be like China, second childs being put in a room untill they die.
They should make a side effect that people ''can't make babies'' with that drug.
But then people will make them BEFORE they take the drug.
