Recently i wanted to login at PC, and i typed my password wrong a couple of times and it asks me to enter a confirmation from an image but it never appears

Should contact ubi they're always speedy at fixing problems

I also experienced the same problem a couple of weeks ago, and I was starting to feel scared. But I was able to fix it by deleting the cookies.

Nope regardless of what computer or IP I try cannot get the captcha to show

Did you try to delete the cookies ?

That'd pretty impressive feat for a deep frozen computer that has never accessed RPC

I sometimes still have login problems on my phone for unknown reasons.

They say it's to do with new dynamic IPs being allocated to you by your provider. Not very efficient of them, but whatever, it's their business…

I suppose that is the case here. SO many topics on this side to post in.
