Rayman Pirate-Community

This is an odd question- but I think that in our present society of equality we must ask ourselves regarding the uncomfortable topic of sexism in video games. I have found that Rayman is a game filled with more sexism against womyn than any other. In all games and spin-offs that have been released so far, the main character has always been male, with the only females being supporting characters having to be rescued. This is nothing other than SEXIST.

Look at the very first Rayman game ever made- look at the electoons and the antitoons! The electoons, desperate, submissive, eager to be saved, locked up in cages- are all PINK, and actually show little love-hearts when rescued from their cages. Pink and love hearts are stereotypes made up by ignorant males to suppress womyn. But the strong antitoons are blue- masculinity = strength. Do you see where I'm going with this?

Rayman was sexist from the very beginning, and the stereotypes have only become worse with each new succession.

Does this mean it is wrong for female children to enjoy the Rayman games? I think it should be up to their mothers to decide whether the Rayman games should be allowed to be played, or whether they are simply too dangerous and full of false education and brainwashing. At the very least, concerned mothers should give their children the message that Rayman games give an inappropriate portrayal of womyn. Any thoughts?

Ok... Accusing Michel Ancel and his team of creating Rayuniverse to 'suppres and enslave women' sounds quite weird, especially when you know that the same people developed another masterpiece, Beyond Good and Evil. I don't think you can say any bad word about it...

I don't wanna discuss these feminist views 'coz of my terrible experiences... Ehh.

Remember - it's just a game, created primarily for profit Ubisoft and I don't think they would be happy if devs didn't make it so mainstream, whatever it means. Many retarded male players would hate/not buy it if it was too girly/pro-feministic. It's sad, I know, but that's the bussines. Beyond Good and Evil was epic game and its 'crime' was female character. Even my friends were laughin' at me that I play so silly games while there's for example Prince of Persia - BGnE's competitor also published by Ubisoft at the same time... These and many more things caused very weak profits.

Stupid marketing.

PS. It's highly possible that the words above make no sense at all, I'm not economist/marketing specialist. They're just my thoughts.

But wait a minute...are you saying that the electoons are all women? I always thought they were all men.

The electoons are both men and women, indicated by some of them pairing up after being freed from the cage and love-hearts appearing between them.

This is completely nonsense. The pink protoons are pink because bright colors are 'good', the blue antitoons are dark blue because dark colors are 'bad'.
Also, how does this increase in Rayman 2? Isn't Rayman a friend of Ly? And in Rayman 3 - what's wrong there...? There aren't that many woman in the rayman series, but also not many man.
