Come to think of it, isn't almost every fandom a giant minefield?
Indeed, but the fact they drove a girl to committing suicide over her "wrongly drawn fan art" is absolutely insane. Just look up Zamii.

Looking forward to seeing it, it's promising.

Not a fan of that new aesthetic cartoons tend to take nowadays, more a of the 30's cartoons fan I am.
That was for the Boba Fettery of the day.

I agree but they definitely needed to modernize the artstyle in some way.

Hmm, I read that they based the art-style off of old Disney comics, I should look into that further sometime.
Anyways, another teaser:
Looks like we're waiting for Summer.
And also:
Yup, the final season of Samurai Jack has started. The first episode established quite a few interesting plot points, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops. The animation is very nicely done, and the artstyle felt more vibrant and detailed while still retaining the same feel and general style of the old Samurai Jack cartoon.

I plan to re-watch the entire series of Samurai Jack first, before I begin watching the new season. That way I'd have a good memory refresher.

I'm rather excited for the next episode of Star Wars Rebels, Maul vs Obi-Wan the rematch.

I wound up missing the new Samurai Jack, but a friend said that it was pretty good, so I;m pretty excited to watch it.

Good to hear.
One of the shows I plan to rewatch is Dexter's Lab and KND, right now. Oh how I miss the ol' cartoons of my childhood.

Most of the time I only watch The Simpsons as a cartoon show. I've transitioned to more live action shows over the years.

I'm at a 50:50 between the two, I think animated shows can be as clever as live action shows, and given the medium, they have a greater freedom compared to live action.

Yeah, agreed with you there, Master.
I should at least catch the first episode of the new Samurai Jack, to see.

Indeed, you might as well. They don't really bring up anything from the earlier show barring the usual premise, so I don't think you'd be missing anything by watching it.

My favourite show was Invader Zim.

I've never really watched Invader Zim, but I know a lot of people liked it.

Likewise, though I do remember one of our prior members was fond of it. It's been a while, I think.

Ah, Dexter's Lab, now that's one that probably had more influence on my childhood notions than I'll ever care to admit…
Started rewatching Scooby-Doo Mystery Inc last night, it's good to see it again!
