Not a speed run to me unless you start from the beginning (without powers).

Yes , but others speedrun have all powers.

Well, Quake Done Quick didn't cheat in all the runes, and Half-Hour Half-Life didn't use impulse 101.

That one’s not very impressive either. I often go through the level at that speed. But if you start at the beginning of the game with no powers, then play through every level and break every cage in a very small amount of time, I will be impressed.
