Rayman 1 (Playstation) - Cage guide

Hello.
I'm playing Rayman 1 on my PlayStation and I'm looking for a guide to get all the cages. I know there's images on the wiki showing their locations, but that doesn't tell me how to actually get to them. I've found a cage guide for the PC version, but since the locations of the cages are different in the PC and Playstation versions, it doesn't help. I've also tried looking for a walkthrough, but there's only one on GameFAQs and it doesn't describe anything about the cages.
So, does anyone have such a guide?
