Hey sorry about this thread being in English but I find asking about French IN French hard.
My question is how does one use numbers in a sentence? For instance 1 lemon, rayman 4 and does 'the other one' translate well? Thanks guys.

1 lemon : un citron
Rayman 4 : Rayman 4
The other one : l'autre
I hope that'll help !

Just place them in the same place as you would in English:
Five apples becomes cinq pommes and Rayman three thousand becomes Rayman trois mille.
Don't worry, French is a language that's very easy to learn. Just read a bit of French every day and write a bit of French every day and you'll understand and use the grammar in no time. I can tell from experience.
Oh, ceci est la première fois que j'écris dans les forums français! Yaaaaaay!

No, it's very rarely, in fact. For example :
Une pomme belle et juteuse becomes
A nice and juicy apple

We're talking about numbers, not adjectives.

If we're on the topic, adjective advice go go.
Also "[adjective] a"
Is for indirect items yeah?
