something that's probably really minor sorry

but people not tagging things on tumblr

like if you're going to reblog a picture of some guy bleeding with his organs hanging out or w/e i would prefer it if you tagged it please because i do actually have "gore" etc tumblr savioured so it kind of annoys me when it's on my dash anyway

and yes, homestuck fandom, that includes that one character that gets sawn in half (i could say names but spoilers)

Sorry for the direct stab, MLII, but another thing that really irritates me is the way people write on tumblr (i.e. the style you're currently using). They use correct grammar (mostly) and spelling, but they use no punctuation usually and only use small letters (I guess they're called small in English too??), so like instead of "Wow, your story is amazing and in my opinion, you're a national hero. Seriously, out of all the things I've seen on tumblr, this is the most non-homoerotic, no doubts!" it'd be "wow your story is amazing and in my opinion you're a national hero seriously out of all the things i've seen on tumblr this is the most non-homoerotic no doubts".

Agh sorry. :c It's a habit I've picked up from there, I guess.

I'm capable of writing like this ie like I am now and when I rp, so I can do that on here in future if you prefer o3o

@Rulez I think you mean lowercase letters.

Thanks. I'm just accustomed to using Polish terminology for stuff like this. Which reminds me of this funny scene a Polish comedy group did, where one of them knows nothing about English, while the other one only knows the more basic stuff. The first one received a letter from an English girl named Pippa, whom he met on a dating site. After their lousy attempts to translate it, they decide to write a letter back, and then the second one struggles to think of the translation for the word "pomimo" (despite). So he thinks up a brilliant idea - they'll translate it piece by piece!
the guy but translated to English wrote:"Po" means after, "mi" means me, and "mo" is short so let's just leave it there.
And that's how they came to the conclusion that "aftermemo" is the same thing as "despite".

Bump.

So I'm at a hotel and the shower is a puzzle again. I know I'm whining but why can't there just be one system for all showers? Half the time I can't figure out how to turn them on.

That actually kind of annoys me too. Not so much on Tumblr itself, but when it carries over into every other non-formal piece of text someone types. I know people who typed just fine before they knew about Tumblr, then they visited Tumblr, and suddenly they're typing like "omg im crying that episode was so sad someone hug me pls".

It's cute the odd time, but seeing people who used to type normally suddenly type like that after visiting Tumblr just worries me a bit. I don't need any more proof that people legitimately get addicted to the site.

You're still doing it:
MLII wrote:ie
MLII wrote:rp
The punctually/grammatically correct way of writing that would be:
I'm capable of writing like this, i.e. like I am now and when I RP, so I can do that on here in the future if you prefer. o3o

I seem to get influenced by spelling and grammar from others. If I'm in a chat where everyone doesn't use capitol letters or periods I tend to start doing so I tend to do so as well after a while.

When people post complaints over silly problems they have with things that they could just ignore and keep it to themselves, as although they might have a problem with it others may not. *cough*look at Rayman Mega Patch thread*cough*

It boils my blood that the rolling stairs from the metropolitan are still to be fixed for more than a freaking month. And like if that's not enough, they are going to do other strike this Thursday. :pfff:

- My brother. His mindset. It's amazing how different two people from the same family can be. So soaked up in reputation, so scared that someone he doesn't know might judge him even though he'll never know, so demanding. He can be kind, yes, enjoyable to be around, but I feel like he's gonna live his whole life doing nothing but trying to impress people and hoping he'll have some sort of reputation.

Everytime when I go to the dentist it sucks because I have to wait at least half an hour until I can go inside. I have to go there every week.
