I guess another one for me is being betrayed, because once I know I've been betrayed by someone, I usually never want to talk to that person ever again. I always said I hated sly people, backstabbers, the likes of these people, they throw every ounce of trust I ever had for them out the window, while I actually legitimately cared about them. Life is life I guess, sometimes shit like this just happens. I'll just learn from my mistakes, move on, and become a better person.

Not sure if anything boils my blood these days… Maybe this business that's been happening in work lately of doing experiments "for political reasons", to be seen to act on suggestions of "experts", even when you're 90% sure they're wrong

The only thing that probably would have gotten to me is people not listening, and the obvious one of your friends etc. being picked on.

Clearly not for me! I don't care about much nowadays, and I just shrug at the stuff that used to boil my blood. One must choose his battles wisely.

Some wanker decided to go round and put super glue in not only my front door keyhole, but a bunch of other homes and shops one night this week and we had to get the lock and front key changed. There's also another knob going up and down the road on a dirt bike at 2 or 3am. We're thinking of house hunting next year but I'm getting a bit fed up with this street and a bit of an itch...

When you contact customer service and it turns out that they can't do anything to help you.

I hate bad customer service in general. But then when I complain, I hate myself for being a Karen.

I'll only complain about service though, never personnel (unless I've been really wronged).

There's that word Karen – what does it mean again?

It just means a self-entitled person who complains, really.

But who was this Karen person then?

Here in Canada we have these "L" or "N" magnets you stick on the back of your car to denote your rank before earning a full driver's license, and one thing that's always annoyed me ever since I was like 13 was seeing kids make their own personal collection of them nicked off the back of random student drivers' cars. My friend in grade 10 proudly showed off his collection of like 50 to me and I flipped out at em.

I caught someone trying to steal my tenant's just this Halloween.

I don't think it was ever anyone specific, it's just one of those associations people make between a name and a character trait.

They're magnets eh? Here we just use stickers, so I guess nobody'd bother stealing them since they'd get their hands all sticky!

Plus, a lot of them actually stick to the inside of the windscreen / back window, so they can't even be stolen that way.

Like on the Simpsons when the cool kid told Lisa not to "be such a Phoebe"? I didn't understand that either

It's funny, the whole "Karen" concept was being discussed on the radio yesterday, and I thought about this topic!

I hate guests that overstay their welcome. Like, I just want my house back man...You've been here for 3 days. GET. OUT.

I keep getting YouTube ads for Grammerly. It's really annoying because if there's one thing I don't want some surveillance capitalists policing, it's my bloody grammar and spelling! Well, it's a small price to pay for turning off tailored ads (or whatever they call them)…
