I just read this from a guy today "This game should be digital download only, and not a retail game. I would never give more than 9,99€ for this." :boon:

I don't think he's played the game completely. ;)

But as I said, what's funny to see is that I'm sure if Rayman Origins was an FPS/War game I'm sure that even if Ubisoft was asking 100€ for the Collector's Edition or more regardless the junk it would bring packed, people would buy it without even blinking their eyes.

That's the nowadays gaming market. :?

Well, why I'm still surprised? Sonic Generations is asking 100€ for the Collector's Edition but I didn't listen any complaints yet.

What would they want next? RO being a fully free game? Ubisoft isn't Valve.

I'm pretty sure they call him 'Grim'. I think I remember that from my brief spoiler time watching the first minute of the first level spoiler video.
Okay, his name is officially Grim then. I'll make an article later about him.

Weren't we supposed to keep the website as a "legal site" since we discovered that ubisoft is watching us? Oh well, who cares, I totally love this soundtrack :mryellow:

Well since the soundtrack was said to feature extra tracks, not the ones from the game, droolie was free to do so.

+1
Some people i've shown the game even went as far as saying "THAT GAME LOOKS STUPID AND EASY, THE GAMES I PLAY SUCH AS 'Insert game here' ARE SO MUCH BETTER AND HARDER, LIKE LOOK AT THAT RAYMAN GUY HOW THE HELL DOES HE WORK? DATS SO DUMB!"
That response usullay comes from the ones that think thier better at gaming then everyone else yet all they play is COD or any game thats popular. (Like that one girl I mentioned who thinks shes a better gamer then me dispite the fact that she olny plays easy anime RPGS and also blames me for all the RO ads showing up :boon: )

Yes it does song like a Rayman 2 soundtrack
It seems this song is bassed on That level From Rayman 2
Would you care to elaborate on what "that level" is, so I may be able to compare and contrast myself?
Yes i would. it is the Bayou. So go on and compare it. it will be surprising. it worth the time.

I would dare her to play Rayman 1 and Rayman Designer's 24 Official Levels and perhaps the 60 Niveaux Inédits too. I would like to see "where's the stupidity and ease" here.

Correctamundo. I'd challenge the whole of the CoD fanbase to try Rayman 1. I know the number of people who'd beat it.

I've dared her many times, but she uses the "Psh why would I waste my time on something so easy" excuse  She uses that anytime I show her a hard game and she thinks its easy. Might try and get her to come over my house and try them though just to see her face when she realizes that its harder than it seems.

I hate the fact that people think that just because they see games played easy by someone who knows how to play a game in say a youtube video it must be easy for them also. :pfff:

Oh man I know a bunch of COD players I can do that to.

Fuck, about time. My game has been shipped out today. Should expect it on Tuesday or Wednesday. So you Europeans, I know your pain and anguish.
Last time I'll buy a game on launch day online. I'll just get off my lazy ass and grab it in stores like everybody else.

You got that right.

I don't think it's so much that they see someone play it well, I think it's more a state of mind where "The game is more unrealistic therefore it is easier."

Here's an idea, ask her if to play just one level, if she agrees, make her play Bongo Hills.
Then see if she thinks it's easy.

Also, anyone know how to get the chest in The Sea of Serendipity? I make it to the very end, but then it scrolls me off screen and kills me.

Ahem, wouldn't that be a half-spoiler?

I hate people who think if a game is G or PG that it's for babies/toddlers and can be beaten in 2 minutes. Some of the best and hardest games ever are G rated. Take Ocarina of Time for one!
