Official Rayman (GBC) topic.

ONLY talk about Rayman (GBC), so keep on topic, else this will look exactly like the one Gigaman made.

So stay on topic, I'd like this to be a success

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guess what I found between the junk at my local game store: Rayman for the GBC! I've only played this game on an emulator once or twice, so I decided to get the game. I plugged it in my GameBoy Advance SP, and it's fabulous!

Another thing about this game: You can play it on several websites for free! The only problem is the lack of saving. Still, the game is fun to play. It's even updated! If you want to play it, i'd recommend this website:

The controls are a little bit fuzzy though.

If you like the game (which is great for the Game Boy Color), you are invited to expand the related articles on RayWiki. ;)

I would like to expand the articles, but what would you like me to wrtite about? Second, how do I edit an article?

Click the ‘edit’ button at the top of the page. A box full of text comes up. Change it as required, click ‘show preview’ to make sure there are no problems, then click ‘save page’. You’ll figure out all the code stuff eventually, but until then you can just stick to editing the normal paragraphs. All you really need to know is that putting a word or phrase in [[square brackets]] turns it into a link. You can write about anything Rayman-related; just wander around the wiki, and when you find an article which lacks information that you have, add it. The Rayman (Game Boy Color) article could do with some expansion to bring it up to standard, and so could the articles for each of its levels.

Thanks for your great explanation. I never knew that you could edit RayWiki. Im going to first play through the game and then try to expand the articles as much as possible.

Didn't we have a topic about the portable Raymans?

Well, the first R1 game for GBC uses a password system. Only the sequel uses a save file thanks to the battery inside the cartridge.

As far as I know we don't. This topic isn't locked, so i guess not.

Good. Can't wait to buy R2!
