They're useful for those who can't set up a real forum.

LOL, I remember when I used to run a forum using Freewebs. It kind of sucked.

In, my opinion, phpBB is the best forum hoster. Although, perhaps Freewebs was better than RZ's...

phpBB isn't a forum hoster :|

It's a forum engine right?

That's it. And Eve is both a forum hoster and a forum engine, for instance.

Engine?

Well anyway, Freewebs seems better than Eve. It actually has a memberlist, for a start.

A forum system, if you prefer.
And I would never use Freewebs anyway. phpBB, IPB and vBulletin are much better (yet you have to host them yourself, but it's actually a good thing).

Either you don’t know what the word ‘delete’ means or you don’t know what the word ‘topic’ means, because what you just said makes no sense at all.

I pledge there be a list of people called "Topibumbers". Those would include Marley, Jonas333, and more in which I don't feel like swimming my brain to find at the moment.

I can't comment about Raymanzone because to be honest I never frequented the official forum when I subscribed on it (mainly to get acess to the goodies from R3, I was 13) due to a reason: I was conscient that my english really need a bigger evolution before starting to talk in a international forum.

But I'm sure that this forum is by far better: more freedom of expression, we can talk about emulation and piracy, etc. In a official forum a person would be kicked out if it did these stuff.
