Guitar Hero: Rayman? Please read

So! I introduced myself to this site not so many days ago, but as I stated, besides Rayman, the game i play is Guitar Hero!

Guitar Hero is an awesome game, I guess all of you guys already are aware of it. I played it alot, so I'd like to classify myself somewhat good at it (mwahaha).
The game Community is not even CLOSE to as big today as it used to be, still though, we are a decent numbers of players that keep in touch with eachother.
You may wonder why I post this on this awesome Rayman site? Well let me get there! Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock (The PC Version!) can easily be modified, and that's what me and every other active player do nowadays. This lets us ad ANY SONG we want into the Game! :D
So I got a pretty neat idea that needs quite a bit of development: Guitar Hero: Rayman! Simple means that I will release a couple of songs from the Rayman games which people can Download and play easily.
WHY, you may wonder? My main goal with this idea is:
1. Please myself and other Guitar Hero intrested people.
2. Make the RayTunes Official Youtube-page a bit more viral.
3. Get Rayman players intrested in Guitar Hero and vice versa.
The question(s) I got for you guys is:
1. Do you think this is a good idea?
2. If Yes on Question No. 1: Do you feel like you can contribute with something to this project? Like requesting a song from any of the Rayman games that you want me to "go Guitar Hero Style on", or maybe help out with the editing of the Youtube Preview videos that will occur?
That's about it. The last thing I want to say is Sorry for eventually Grammar mistakes, I have no clue what happened to my english, hahah :(

Haha thank you! :D
I still think you should give it a chance though! I think you will do much better nowadays since alot of the Rayman songs wouldn't be too hard/fast to handle on Guitar Hero :D

I will definitely contribute! I wasn't third in Canada for GH:III in 2009 for nothing. Confusing sounding sentence. Nevermind.

Anyway, we definitely will need the Moskito boss battle music and the Caves of Skops music in there.

I don't believe he's doing it from scratch,I think he's going to modify the existing Guitar Hero 3.
I think it is a great idea, and with the RayTunes facility here on PC getting songs on shouldn't be too difficult, I doubt I will be playing it though, 'cause I am rubbish at Guitar Hero.

It's actually so funny you say that, the first song I did chart yesterday for the project actually was Moskito Boss Battle! :D
CHARTING, btw, is the correct term used for "Putting out notes to a song", so you guys know what that means from now on! :)
I'm glad that you guys support this project, you seem to like the idea alot! Although I think you should give it a go! As I said, some Rayman songs are not too insane on the "Guitar". But I understand if you don't got the equipment needed, then you may find it a completely waste of time and money.
However! I'm gonna try to work on this whenever I get time, I really enjoy it! :D Was it the member RayTunes who were in charge of the Youtube page?
And no, I'm not making this game from Scratch. I'm modyfying the official version ;)

Yes, RayTunes is in charge of RayTunesOfficial. However RayTunes is not in charge of RayTunes.

Confusing for a new member? Good. :mryellow:

Guitar Hero is actually far more easy if you can't play the instrument you want to play in Guitar Hero. Mah professional drummer friend can't play the drums on that game at all.
Also, I don't play guitar but am really good at the guitar in Guitar Hero.

It's so true actually! When I started to actually play guitar and drums in real life, I found myself going for the wrong places to play the beats on the drums. WHERE ARE MY SYMBOLS AND WHY DOES THE RIGHT TOM PLAY on the HI-HAT? And then there's guitar. That's not so much an issue, mainly the drums.

Terminology aside, you're completely right. I also find myself singing 'the wrong notes' on Guitar Hero while in real life I sing perfectly fine. :|

No, I believe he meant symbols. I.e., icons.

@Stan:
Unfortunately, to be honest, I meant the round discs.

Brilliant... just brilliant. I especially love the 'Troll me' text in the bottom-right of the picture.
