Rayman Cah-dventure

We would like to introduce you to upcoming 2D Rayman fangame, by Marcoleric (on this forum known as RETRO260), with soundtrack and SFX by me :D

Description:
Once upon a time, after events of Rayman 3, Rayman was so rich due to unholy amount of Jewels he collected in attempt to get highest score possible, he decided to buy a vegetable, a thingamajig, a Red Globox, a car.

Rayman was so happy with his new car, with his new British accent he refered to it as a "cah", so he drove home and went to sleep. Once he woke up, an unthinkable happened.

His beloved cah was gone ! Rayman immediately though of couple of scenarios. Who stole it ? Was it André ? or maybe even Mr. Dark ? His adventure of getting his cah back begins, will Rayman find out who stole it ?

So yes, this fangame will just be kind of small, lighthearted and not serious. :mryellow:

This game is made in Godot Engine.
Gameplay will be traditionally 2D platformer, very similiar to original Mega Man games.
Graphics are made in pixel art style, with cute and lighthearted aesthetic.
Music is 8-bit, to match it with pixel art. Entire soundtrack will also be made on emulated NES soundchip, in order to get the most authentic 8-bit sounds.

Yeah, as others have said, this looks like it'd be really fun to play! Definitely looking forward to playing it once it's finished. :)

I also really like that there are frequent updates on the work being made, that's always cool to see.

I take offense to you saying that "cah" is British, but otherwise, this looks like a good bit of fun!

Cah kind of sounds like a Liverpool accent. :P

I'm really not sure why they pronounce it like this as Rayman though, it doesn't really make a lot of sense.

There hasn't been any news on this one in a very long time. The person who was working on it took a break because they were in a bad place, and eventually started streaming games after the break. I'm not sure if it's going to be continued at this point.
