Rayman in Nestlé's Chocapic commercial

I noticed that in the Rayman in popular culture article there is a section named "Nestlé's Chocapic 2001 Portuguese commercial" with no images or references, I found out this edit was made by Haruka, who mentioned seeing this ad in this post from 2009.

Now, I recently found out this Chocapic/Nestlé commercial that was uploaded by UpscalePUB in July 20, 2020:

It seems that it's in french and from the year 2002. There is a kid playing a videogame in 2 instances, and on the screen you can see a character that I assume is Rayman (I attached some of the best close ups I could get). At the beginning of the ad there are 2 kids, one on the bed and another playing (like Haruka described), but the video is not in portuguese and is not from 2000/2001, so I assume it is a different version of it. I don't know if this is the commercial that Haruka saw as a kid.

I think it's safe to assume that character on the screen is Rayman, but maybe other people have different thoughts.

If it fits the description Haruka made, then it's probably the same one! It just wasn't limited to Portugal after all.

I find it funny that in a Rayman 1 commercial, someone asks: "does it bother that critics call this game addcitive?" and then you have this video about video game addicition, with phrases like: "Une nouvelle forme de liberté" and "Allez tout le monde dehors, il fait super beau, allez allez hop".
