Ads ubication

The Ads like magazines need a section in some articles?
I see that, in Rayman 1 and Rayman 3 in theirs Galleries sections, appear some Ads alongside the Artworks. but I thinking that those articles need a Ads section.

In the Rayman Raving Rabbids article there is a section for "Promo art", I think the same can be done in the Rayman 1 article, I don't know if there are any rules regarding how many images of a certain type need to exist in order to create a new sub-gallery.
Btw, for magazine scan files, should they be under both the "Scan" and "Scans from magazines" categories or only the second one?

Thanks, I think I added to the wrong category to some files, I'll fix that later.
