What 2 Letters come after 0? (0th, 0rd, 0nd, 0st)

So you know how numbers have 2 letters afterward when you refer to an order. For ex. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th. What does 0 have? I guess you could argue that 10 is 10th and maybe 0 would be 0th. See, 32nd still has "nd" even though it is not the original number. (Let note something, 13 is 13th and 12 is 12th and 11 is 11th but other than that, it is 23rd, 22nd, and 21st.) Could it not have two letters?
