Does anyone know how to rip GBA sprites? I can't seem to find any RHR sprites online besides a few of Rayman. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Seems that the general idea is:
-1.Get the ROM + the Emulator (Visual Advance for example)
-2.Start the game > Check that there isn't any filter probably in Options
>Go to Tools >View Layers >Eliminate the background (BG3 Seems to be the one) so only black surrounds the character
>Go to file, and Start Recording >Move the character until you think it did all the animations (Including attacks, pain states, death animation, jumps...)
>Then Stop Recording and save it
>Open the video in Photoshop or any other pc app that can
>Advance the video frame by frame and proceed to screenshot one by one while you paste them somewhere else (In a sheet and ordered) >Save >Done

Note: Problems that I ran into when trying: .AVI (This video format can give problems like the footage being blurry you might need a program to fix it or find an alternative)

Some tutorials I found:

Hope this helps.

Hmm, if anyone goes through with the tutorial, I’d love to see it! 🤔

Well, that sounds tedious! I guess it's not exactly "ripping", more "manually copying with the help of an emulator". It's way more work though I guess :oops2:

Honestly I'm not sure if it's worth the trouble for low quality r3 models

I thinking about deleting this thread

Well, you can't delete threads, that's up to the mod team! ;) There's no point in deleting it, there is useful information here, even if only as a deterrent from trying to do something tedious :hap:

You're welcome to try, but the most you'll get is something about not having permission :hap:
