Tonic Trouble Special Edition boxed, does it exist?

I've known the Special Edition since its release but the game wasn't mine. I know it was sold with some computers (or in some countries with cereal) but I'm wondering if there is a boxed version, in the sense equipped with a cover, manual and CD?
Another question, the special edition sold with the PCs was just pre-installed on the computers or was the CD present?
On the net I can only find images of the CD (I'm talking about the Special edition, not Retail)
