A god can be a king, but in this context I believe the answer is no. Polokus is never referred to as a king, and reference is consistently made to just "Four Kings" in Rayman Origins, in which Polokus also appears. And they're called "kings" even though they're probably not all male, but that's neither here nor there

Are there any other kings? I can't think of any right now…

I think the only other "kings" I can think of would be The Grand Minimus and Dorklore's favorite character and that's pretty much it.

It says in the Flaming Teensys description in Rayman Legends that he is a king.
