How do I add red prickly enemies and antitoons?

Once I get Rayman Designer installed via Rayman Control Panel, I'll need info on how to implement the red prickly enemies and red antitoons (as I want to see if I can make these into 3D models and learn more about how these sprites are designed).
Speaking of which, I also need to see a sprite sheet of how that deadly water lily grows, because I noticed something: when the normal water lily grows, it has the head of the small nenuphar (the nenuphar that has a red bowtie in PS1 and either falls or rises when you jump onto it). So I wanna see more on the sprite sheet of that deadly water lily.
Speaking of sprite sheet, I need to see how that spiky fruit appears when it's completely still. And by "completely still", I mean this: you know the plum, right? There are two types of vine plums: stationary before Rayman punches them to make them swing, and already swinging. But the swing spiky fruits don't have a stationary version event. This is what the vine plum's leaves look like when it's stationary: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfmxZf5_o9w 12:12 At the top of the vine, the leaves are arranged like this: the right leaf is at the high right portion of the vine and the left leaf is at the low left portion of the vine when stationary. But the vine spiky fruit is never stationary.
