Is it possible to unlock 2D Nightmare in Rayman 3 with this cheat?

I found a cheat (Down, Up, Down, Up, A, Left, B, Right) on gamespot for the GBA version of Rayman 3 that gives you 100% completion. I read that 2D Nightmare was impossible to unlock due to a bug that made the final level in the GBA version not register as complete. Does anyone know if this cheat lets you unlock 2D Nightmare?

Yep, the cheat makes it possible to unlock, even on real hardware!

How did you find those four cheats for Rayman 3 on the Gameboy Advance? Did you use software like Ghidra to find them? I'm curious now if Rayman Raving Rabbids on GBA has cheats as well seeing as both Rayman 3 and Hoodlum's Revenge do.

Yeah I've been using Ghidra! It works really well for GBA games. Sadly I don't think Raving Rabbids has any cheats
I looked for them before and the only thing I found is that if you hold down A, B, Start and Select then it soft resets the game, which seems to be a standard GBA button combo used in various other games too.
