3D games with different versions (like Rayman 2)

I find this kind of games really fascinating, seeing how different developers started from the same base concept and evolved it in distinct games.

In the sixth and seventh console generations there were many games which received two 3D versions because of the power difference of the consoles on the market. However games with three 3D versions are quite a rarity. These are the ones I know of. Do you know any others by chance?
  • Rayman 2 - (PC/N64/DC) + (PS) + (PS2)
  • Donald Duck: Quack Attack - (PC/N64/DC) + (PS) + (PS2/GC)
  • Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone - (PC) + (PS) + (PS2/GC/XB)
  • Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - (PC) + (PS) + (PS2/GC/XB)
  • Ratatouille - (PC/PS2/GC/XB/WII) + (PSP) + (PS3/XB360)

Doom might be viewed as one of these games. I think the PC, Atari Jaguar, and PSX ports are sufficiently different to be considered separate versions, while Doom 64 can be seen as an entirely different game.

I believe that the PlayStation port of Doom contains all the levels from the Jaguar version and then some. So I would group them together. I did the same with the Dreamcast port of Rayman 2, which contains basically all the content from the PC/N64 version plus extra stuff.

Also I remembered two more cases:
  • Spider-Man 2 - (PS2/GC/XB) + (PC) + (PSP)
  • Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - (PC/PS3/XB360) + (WII/PS2/PSP) + (DS)

That is a difficult one, because I could think of many games that had two different 3D versions, be they due to generational gaps (PS2/Wii vs PS3/360), or from gaps between console and handheld (PS3 vs PSP/DS). I'd say there's probably the odd Call of Duty game, that might have had different versions from Wii, HD Consoles and portable? Some Transformers games had different versions even between portables, the first movie had different versions on console, and one game on PSP and a different one on DS.

Oh wait, some of the 00s Need For Speeds had multiple different 3D versions. Some of those were rather unique 3D games on the GBA:

I guess that depends how much 'extra stuff' is needed to consider the versions separate. In addition to all the Jaguar levels, PSX Doom has 6 original levels, some more levels that were in the PC version, but not on Jaguar, more modifications to these said levels, and a few changes to the engine (e.g., colored lighting).

I suppose the same can be asked about the PlayStation and Nintendo 64 ports of Duke Nukem 3D.

Oh I remember that, when Undercover was literally a mod of Most Wanted in the PS2 version

I've never played the PS2 version of Undercover, but I do remember hearing about how it repurposed Rockport from Most Wanted for its iteration of Tri-City. Decided to look up the maps on an NFS Wiki, and sure enough if you take a look at each district, they definitely look pretty similar between the games:
