I cannot seem to get past this level. I have finished each section and found all the cages yet I cannot progress. Do you have to do all the lum challenges to go further. I have killed the bird at the end. I have not done any timer races. Is it because I have not collected 300+ lums where required. Please help me to progress.

Howdy.

I suggest you to collect every Electoon symbols in every level. Most of them in the Jibberish Jungle require 300 Lums to unlock two symbols, while other two are got through hidden cages in the game (but these are easy). If you beat the Time Attacks with the minimum times required (indicated in every level), you'll get another symbol.

Try to do all of this and then tell us anything. :)

I even got through the jungle when a defeated the mocking bird. Maybe you must complete all time trials and electoon medals. By the way you can introduce yourself in members forum.

Did you press a button [you didn't provide what version you are playing it on so I'm just gonna say B] to go back to the main map, or X to go to the snoring tree? The desert of Didgeridoos should definitely be open when you defeat the boss in the Hi-Ho moskito level.

Edit: please don't send private messages to members for matters that can be dealt with in publicly such as in this thread.

The Tricky Treasure levels seem to open with Electoons and the bridges between the last level of a world and the crossing to a new world seem to consist of Electoons also, so it is possible there is some kind of Electoons lock to be broken. I suggest indeed getting as many Electoons as possible and seeing if that solves the problem, but I find this quirk quite odd since I didn't get all Electoons yet and was able to progress straight through to the endgame (though I did try my best at gathering them most of the time).

He also said that he broke all cages, so he maybe not pressed the back button to get to the world-selector, or maybe it's some sort of glitch.

I'm sure something got missing, because normally a player is able to proceed to the next world when catching a minimum number of Electoon symbols.

Exactly what I tried to say... except in a lot fewer words.

PETERJ, are you sure you didn't use the 'Back to the Glade of Dreams' function when you finished the level? That would, I assume, cancel out your progress. Why not try playing the level again and seeing whether the issue has resolved itself?

I know this thread doesn't have new posts but I hope you succeed on getting all Electoons. :)

I'm not a mod, but don't bump old threads.

Wishing someone luck does not justify a post.
