I want to bump this to give a genuine reply.

What actually usually keeps me calm is playing musical instruments, such as the keyboard or guitar. If something's on my mind or I'm feeling uneasy, playing music usually helps calm my nerves.

Usualy games calm me down and sleeping

Certain games can calm me down too, but certain ones have a tendency to piss me off.

I mostly listen to music to get calm

Same here, but it depends on the genre, some just make you pumped up.

Bird watching is super tranquil. Even the dumbass pigeons.

I guess another thing is rainfall, for some reason I find it calming.

That's a good one, rainfall sounds have always made it easier for me to fall asleep fast.

Same here, I for some reason always found it calming, even if I was feeling unwell and heard rainfall, it calmed me down.
