Thank you. It's been a few months now, not sure if it's getting easier…

It's normal to feel bad after some months, especially if the pet has been with you for many, many years. I remember that it took me about 4 months to not feel that bad after getting home and not seeing my buddy running around and celebrating that I came back. What I've learned about that is that you don't move on, you learn to live without them. It isn't an easy process, but you'll slowly feel better. Best wishes

It is beautiful what you say but two of my cats have been crushed one after the other and now I do not let out the youngest so that they do not happen to them the same thing, but they are very keen, so I do not know what to do ...

Hmm, maybe you could train your cat to get used to living indoors (I wouldn't know how to do that, though... :oops2: )? My sister's cat doesn't like going outside and actually prefers to stay inside the house at all times so it's possible.

Oh no that’s really sad! I’d recommend keeping them inside unless you can trust them to go out, I have a cat and have had for 6 years, he’s ran off several times and we life on an A road but he’s still alive luckily. Here’s a tip:

Don’t let them out until they are 1 years old and have a good knowledge of staying safe, unless they are meant for indoors

Listening to music or trying to solve a problem that occupies my mind makes me feel at ease usually. Composing music also, anything creative like that.

Also yeah, there are a lot of nice people in the community.

Indeed. It's been a nice time around today. RD wouldn't even be possible in other communities.

I am very rarely stressed, but if I do start to feel anxious, I just remind myself that I'm not usually the kind of person to feel anxious and that usually fixes it.

I find it hard to write or draw when I'm upset. So I've got music and or taking a walk, preferably during a very light rain or just before it starts to rain. I suppose the warm breeze and gray/gold sky is calming?

You're so lucky! :oops2:

For me I guess it's chilling out with the lads in the workplace, or getting a bit of fresh air, or even both, at lunchtime! :)
