Does anyone here have issues with Ubisoft's Forums?

I logged in there today only to find out I wasn't age compliant to enter the regular forum (I can see the threads, but I can't participate, to be exact). I was redirected to a version for kids. The layout appears to me as if it was made for girls of age 8-13. I'm not satisfied with this, especially because now it says my account (originally created in 2007) was supposed to be created today!
I checked account settings - everything is correct, INCLUDING my age. Honestly, I don't know what happened to my account during those months.

If being a 17-years-old person isn't old enough for them, then what age would I be able to go to the regular forums again? I tried to check for age restrictions, but I didn't find anything...

*claps slowly while shaking head*
I hope this is a joke...

Actually, now that I think about it, I no longer want to be a member in that [Ubisoft's] forum.

The minimum age is 13. I guess it's just an error with your account.

Then I have no clue whatever happened there.
Seriously, it's very weird that this happened...

Maybe it's something to do with their migration to VBulletin last month that did it? It works fine for me but several other people find it buggy and stuff, I'd maybe try and contactthe community managers or maybe try resetting your profile details.

I decided to ask the Support Centre and see what reply they could come up with.
It could be, I'm not sure. It's the first time I logged in this year...

Hm, that would be an idea...
