You don't post the location of your image in the IMG tags, you put the link to an image hosted on the net such as : http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16188261/008.png

So you need to upload the image to somewhere like photobucket first (:

What do you mean, you recieved nothing? Also you see the options tab underneath the text window? well click on the tab next to it that says attachments and upload your picture that way. (:
