Hmmm, so at the end of the interview, Michel says there's a new Rayman game in the makes. But he also says it will be done by a new team.

I wonder...

Check the date; he’s probably just talking about Rayman Origins.

Michel says they're "emplying new people to work on a new Rayman game", about a day before Rayman Origins' US release. Spiral, seriously...

Note that English is not his first language; by ‘we are employing’ he could easily have meant ‘we have employed’. The word ‘employing’ may also refer to the work that the developers were currently being paid to do, rather than the initial process of hiring the developers. The way he brought this up off-hand at the very end of the interview suggests that it’s nothing as major as announcing a new Rayman game; he also says nothing about a new team.

Another great example of how you think things over too much.

Also wasn't there a mention of Rayman and this year's E3? I swear I've seen something about that lurking around the internet before but now I can't find it.

I definitely agree with Spiral here. Michel Ancel said "a new Rayman game" in comparison to the first Rayman. There is no way he'd reveal to the world that he's working on a new Rayman game just like that. He's very probably talking about Rayman Origins (only a slight chance that he isn't), so nothing special here.

If that's really the case then Michel sure likes to troll people.

I'm not giving up hope just yet though. There's still E3 ahead of us.

If Ancel is not gonna bring the evil, bitter prototype bunnies or updated bitter bunnies like the one i drawed to the new Rayman, atleast i hope that he makes a similar kind of enemies who also create conflicting thoughts to players and are very bitter.

But one thing that must NEVER HAPPEN is that Ubi would sell Rayman to an other company. THAT MUST NEVER HAPPEN!!!

I assume you haven't seen my video then. :P It's very easy to trigger.

You're going to need 100,000,000 tings first.

Peh, typical Globox antics.

Oh my god, that was hilarious. I can't stop laughing. What a strange glitch!

The thought did pass through my mind at one point. But yes, I understand how absurdly ambitious that is, let alone attempting to get a fangame published. :P

Talking about the fangame, I'm eager to see an update on it. :mryellow:

Soon. I should be able to present the cage model with your texture on it as soon as I have access to my computer.

Sweet. :mryellow:

I'm more than willing to make up more foliage models if you're up to it.
