Good thing i noticed this topic after the previous one was locked, how dare you call a number of members (Including Hunchman's ) sigs a bunch of "FLYING CRAP"? I know my sig is pretty God damn awful compared to others but people's like Sergiomonty's and Haruka's namely are very well made. You know you're like the only person who's complaining about the fact that people are trying to spruce the place up with pretty pictures don't you? Thank God you didn't talk shit about Matyuv's amazing dragon. You'd have had hell to pay then.
Furthermore, how are the sigs "Way too big"? I'd say they were too big if you could only see a quater of them. Also you only call out a few PC members on having "massive signatures", yet you completely miss out many other users who have signatures as big as us members. And finally if you could see from my signature and many others featured there, we do actually have our usernames in view on there. So as a matter of fact, your points seem to be invalid.

Okay time I went in and said something about this.

I personally have nothing against the bigger signatures. But I do prefer 200px in height (length isn't that important). Anyway what I'm trying to say here is that yes, a few sigs are too big. Not in pixels, but in KB. In particular .GIF ones that can get really big. When I had 3 gifs in my signature earlier somebody complained about them making his computer too slow, so that was when I went back to just a single small one.

There is actually another gif sig that I had to block out with Adblock that was big in both pixel and size. You know who you are.

So even though I think big pixel sigs are okay, please let's be aware that they'll begin to annoy if they take too long to load.

Ans Spanex, that is actually a very good point which I neglected to touch upon. I myself never look at the file size of images, which is perhaps something I should start making a habit out of.
