I'm typing this with no offense in mind - do you have something against transsexuals, Spiral? The way you point out RayFan's change anytime it's possible seems quite negative. Again, not anything offensive - just interested.

Like many things, I point it out when I have a funny thought whose expression requires me to do so. Do I have something against them? Let’s say that I find many aspects of their philosophy and worldview to be profoundly disagreeable.

I personally don't think you're rude either way. I actually like the way that when encountering the chance to respond to a person, you sometimes mention their past situations and events, maybe messages (I could say iambored's silly dialog that made it to RayFan's sig, but I don't think you mentioned it). It shows how you file away information for future use.

Rayfan is a friend. And while she can come out as rude to strangers, everybody here views her posts as harmless joking and you can easily tell when she's serious. She is certainly more polite than you, when she has to be.

I can't take you "un-seriously". I've always had the impression from you that you're crude, serious, and hardly ever loosen up. (sounds kind of a bad thing for somebody as young as you.) And yes, I get this impression exactly from the way you write. You mean the thing I’m doing right now? I simply prefer to respond to specific parts of posts in order to make my conversations clearer and more lucid. I don’t understand your objection. There’s nothing wrong with negative posts, but that’s a moot point, as most of my posts are not negative. I was defending the Nostalgia Critic from some unwarranted and uninformed comments you made. By then I had already responded to your request for advice and attempted to help you overcome the grevious ‘problem’ of his videos showing up in your YouTube feed. One of the basic tenets of a forum is that people are allowed to come along and just say stuff; if you don’t like the stuff that people say, you’re not obliged to read it or respond to it. If you weren’t prepared for people to respond to your comments about the Nostalgia Critic, then perhaps you shouldn’t have made them.
