Considering how it's clear none of us are aware of what others' McDonald's are like, it's probably just left up to personal taste. I went to McDonald's quite a few times while I was in Europe, and they all tasted the exact same (which is half the idea behind a fast-food chain). They were mouth-wateringly delicious.

True. Fuck, why are you questioning someone's tastes, technofartbubbleguy?

I work at McDonalds and I can confirm this.
We got a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge manual about how to make everything which is the same for all the restaurants.

Note the key word "maybe" in my previous post. Most of the people I have met believe that McDonald's has mediocre food, but still go there for a quick snack, so I am curious as to whether the McDonald's recipes might be different for the European location, resulting in better food. I remember the McDonald's I went to in Japan tasted very different from the one in the United States. I think all the locations within certain areas have the same recipes, since all the locations in the US taste the same as well.

On the other hand, Five Guys and In-N-Out are considered to have some of, if not the best burgers in the fast food industry in the US.

This might be true because every country can choose what to put in and out of the assortiment of burgers and other stuff, so maybe they can change recipes too.

I've been pretty fond of the burgers from Wendy's, keep everything on it, get it with cheese, yum. :)

I went to a McDonald's about a year ago after not going for years before, and then I got properly disappointed with how it tasted.

I used to want McDonalds a lot, but I still like their burgers, and especially their french fries.

What I USED to like, was their Ranch Crispy snackwraps. They used to be awesome, but the McDonalds here got real sucky with those. Can't even consider the chicken crispy, more soggy. :?

I remember something called the McKroket being amazing. The milkshakes have let me down though, over the years.

Hey, the funny thing is, you aren't the only person on this website, and there are plenty of others who might care about what I have to say, so I don't give a damn about you not giving a damn about my opinion. :)

That argument only stands if you actually said something worthwhile instead of [just] :

Sticking to the topic I can't remember the last time I had a burger at McDonalds and tbh I'd rather not have one anytime soon.

If you had read my other posts on this page, you would have seen that I specified what burgers I liked, how I liked them, and so forth. I was also curious about the European McDonald's, seeing as they might be better than the ones in America, and would explain why many people on this forum like them. I'm not going to dispose of my freedom of speech because someone disagrees with me.

However, none of your other posts elaborated on your blunt accusation (whether with humourous intent or not) that Europeans have no taste. This would have been borderline acceptable had you not been so persistent on arguing, trying to make a point that you so far have failed to come even somewhat close to making. Not only that, your arguments, for instance:
technology4617 wrote:If you had read my other posts on this page, you would have seen that I specified what burgers I liked, how I liked them, and so forth.
You used this as a defense against Serza's accusation that your post was pretty low-brow (regardless of whether it was a joke or not), when it has nothing whatsoever to do with elaborating on why you believe Europeans to have poor taste; the argument is too irrelevant to even be called futile.

I don't mind if someone questions orders or even picks out something small from anothers' post to argue if they find it incorrect for some reason, so long as they're actually able to actually provide a good reason as to why it's incorrect. You have challenged someone else, yet have utterly failed in every regard to not only put up a decent argument, but to put up one that even has the slightest bit to do with the topic at hand. :boon:

You put up the exact same shtick just recently in the Nationality thread, so don't think that this a one-shot occurrence.

"You have no taste" is about as valid as "go suck a dick". So, if you maintain that I have no taste, you can go suck a dick and shove it up your arse.
See ? I don't care about what burgers you like best than McDonald's, that does not give you the right to be judgemental of my tastes.

So if you stick to "You Europeans have no taste", then I'm not going to dispose of your freedom of insult, and I'll go with "go suck a dick you Americunt". Because that's on the very same level of stupidity.

So if you want to have a serious conversation, don't insult my/our tastes, and I won't question your sexual preferences, and we might even have an enjoyable conversation.

Edit : ah, Ad posted just before me.

I admit that it was wrong of me to post that. I'm betting a lot of people are thinking of me as a racist asshole at the moment, so I'm sorry for that post. I'm actually not a racist, I am against racism, and I am also aware that 99.9% of the people on this forum are from Europe. My post both a joke and a troll post, and it was wrong of me to post that, and I wish to apologize to Serza, DesLife, Ad, Rulez, and others who might have been offended.

I don't think I am a "fucking moron", but a decent person who was being an asshole at that moment in time. I don't think anyone at this forum will say that they hadn't made any mistakes in their life, and they aren't "fucking morons."

It isn't like any Europeans haven't been racist against Americans. (I'm talking to you, Haruka and Rulez. :hehe: ) You're right about it being stupid, that same accusation applying to me as well.

On the nationality forum, I was talking about being an American citizen, when I called myself a European-American, and trying to make a point that any citizen in the U.S. is technically considered an "American" by law in my following arguments. I don't see how that violates community guidelines. However, the same really be said for the shit I posted here, as it was very wrong for me to make the racist joke, regardless of the intention.

Let's leave it at this: I'm not racist, I hate McDonald's, and In-N-Out is the best fucking burger chain on the Earth.

To be fair, anything I say that comes off as offensive is usually supposed to be a really bad joke.

Today I ended up having Wendy's.

Besides just their burgers, I really do like their spicy chicken nuggets.

I fail to see why you need to make a joke "offensive" to be funny. I mean, is it not better to make a non-offensive one than to make an offensive one with the chances of hurting someone? That doesn't mean to say you have to appease to everyone that can be remotely butt hurt at anything but if you know you're going to hurt someone with a joke then why bother making it?

Not a big fan of McDonald's (especially their burgers) but KFC is amazing!
