What Game Consoles Do You Own?

At first I far preferred emulation, but ever since Rayfist here showed me the magic of retro collecting, I prefer playing console games on consoles. Though, only with games that were only made for console obviously, or games that have something different to offer on a console than on PC.

I'm applying on music. I prefer to buy CDs now and listen them on my JVC ...more enjoyable than MP3 on my PC so bad quality almost only treble and 0 bass )'=...

edit: but let's be honest, emulators such as Dolphin can really ENHANCE an experience if running properly, even though I still prefer an original console.
But let's be really honest, most portable emulators (visualboy advance or such) seriously look like shit on an emulator.

I concur, though I don't own the funds to attain these awesome systems, so I'm stuck with the cheap way out, emulators.

I was only PC player until 2009 when i decided to buy a PS2 for Rayman Revolution. My ol fat PC (Win XP) is still my main gaming system that i use mostly when i play videogames, but i also have PS2, Wii and DS.

Oh man there are indeed a lot of those pong consoles, I'd be interest in finding one myself.

I agree with Haruka, but trying to obtain some of these consoles or games can get rather bothersome, leaving emulation the only other option with a lot of those console oddities (emm... Atari Jaguar, especially Sega Saturn) unable or difficult to emulate properly, darn it.

Well, if I could I would get more consoles but I stick with the emulators, like for example the Dreamcast and N64.

It was more enjoyable to play R1GBC in a real console with a real cartridge than in the emulator.

On some occasions though, emulators can actually enhance the experience, taken emulators like Fceux can provide clean, crisp visuals and ZSNES with nice deep bass sound. Like Rayfist said though, GBC/GBA games look atrocious blown-up on a full-size PC monitor.
