Dang, the GBAs are over 100 bucks on eBay. I only have about 45 bucks. Honestly didn't expect them to be over 100.

I really need to take pictures of my gaming setup in detail, but I'd better clean the consoles and equipment first, otherwise Fifo will blow a head gasket.

Really, they're that expensive? I can get them on this site called adverts in my country for about 20-30 euro.

Then again you probably mean a new one?

I only looked briefly, but for the ones in new condition, yep. And 100 is an understatement. There's only 1 that's new and under 100.

Which GBA model?

If you're going with an SP model they usually have their screens in good condition because of the way they fold down. The exterior would likely have a lot of scratches though unless the seller took really good care of it.

Depends on if you need it to be perfect but I only really care about the screen mainly. There likely will be some used ones in great condition though and considering they make replacement shells, there's likely refurbished ones with new shells fitted too.

If you actually manage to get an AGS-101 they're backlit properly instead of just frontlit across the bottom but they cost more again.

It doesn't have to be new, just need it to fully work as well as the charger. Also little to no scratches on the screen. A few games included would be icing on the cake.

Which is exactly why I'm awaiting a backlit screen and the cable for it to arrive in the post so I can backlight mod my original

Also @Ray502 it's just a personal preference thing and the original has no backlight. There's also a lot of fake games out there with saving being a problem on them so try look out for that if you can.

Most people just buy the SP and I don't blame them because not everyone can work with electronics.

Edit: also its worth mentioning the GBA micro is newer and has a backlight but personally I find the console far too small for my hands and the screen is like the size of a Nokia 3310

The SP was technically the first GBA we had, but I actually got my original model pre-modded/pre-painted. Mostly thanks to a video by LazyGameReviews.

By the way, just out of curiosity do you use any instant messengers like Discord?

I'll set up a discord account since I've heard a lot of people talking about it actually. No harm doing something that takes a few seconds.

@Hoodcom, I'd be jealous if it was Metroid themed. Kirby's my go-to guzzler from Ninty, Yoshi's not horrible, but he ain't my cuppa'

I might invest in Castlevania Rondo of Blood before the Wii Shop Channel closes, that game is not very easy to get overwise.
