mainly if you noticed in rayman 1 and 2 his mood and personality changed by how he is .in rayman 1 and 2 he is kinda like a kid but then in rayman 3 and revenge of the hoodlum he matured and in rayman raving rabbids 2 he changed to a rabbit personality which means his personality became like theirs last but not least rayman origins rayman's personality is half kiddish and half mature its like he went back in time

Yes. That's a big problem in this series. The developpers did'nt "fix" the personnality of the characters.
So they are just random in their every single appearance. let's look at Rayman
Rayman 1: He's a character without really personalities exept being cheerful and well intentioned.
Rayman 2: He's a brave, friendly and epic hero.
Rayman 3: He's a boastful hero like Sonic and does'nt speek a lot.
Rayman Origins (and maybe Rayman Legends): he's a retard that enjoys slapping at everything that moves and starts dancing with the obviously evil magician.
The childish personality of Rayman in origins was due to the original concept of the game being a prequel. But the prequel has been scrapped so it does'nt make sense now.
But Rayman is not the only one. Beside Globox whose got a massive
Flanderization since Rayman 3 and went from "slightly dumb and clumsy but helpful" to "VERY dumb and clumsy and not helpful at all", the other characters had become stupider and stupider (Betilla, Polokus, the magician, the teensies, etc). The new orientation of the franchise is comedy. It similar to the Crash Candicoot series.

In honesty, I could manage his personality changes from 1-3, his personality differences seem to be in correlation to his age (more or less), and he still had some consistent traits between his first three iterations which made him feel like the character I'd met in Rayman 1.
As for Origins...well, I could manage the personality changes, but then came the announcement that RO was to be a sequel instead, now, I deal with it, but I can't say I like it.
Finally, for Globox, I agree that he seems to have lost all character development from the caring dad from R2 to the insane toad from RO, and I don't like that at all.

I dislike Globox's personality in Rayman 3, too. In RO somehow fears nothing and got more retarded.
*Shrug* The Rayman series have been going through a wierd path since Rayman 3 on.

Globox was such a cry baby in Rayman 3. In Rayman 2, he wasn't as bad but just afraid.

In Rayman 2, Globox helps by doing mystic magic unique to his species. In Rayman 3, he helps as a side effect of having an allergic reaction and getting drunk on the juice of a hallucinogenic fruit. 'Nuf said.

That is a good summary about him in those two games.

Fair enough, but even prior to his first encounter with Plum Juice, Globox did spout some rather silly lines that I felt were a little too extreme, Globox was never a bright spark, but I wouldn't say he was meant to be a dimwit.

In the Rayman 3 gba port of the game, for the few of what we see of him, Globox is more similar to rayman 2 in behaviour.

I'm not disputing that, I'm just summing up his general "usefulness" as a character in the games.

Ah, my fault for misinterpreting.
In honesty I would love to see the Rain Dance again, that goofy little dance always puts a smile on my face.

I seriously hope if the real Mr Dark ever return, he won't be portrayed as a goofy and silly.
That would piss me off.

I suppose, well, what i can say is take your focus off of it by distracting your mind with whatever you like. It works for me. So it might work out for you I promise it will work for you.

I have a feeling he isn't going to return. If he does though, and he's silly, then I might as well say "I am done with this series." Not literally of course, but I'll have to find some other way to rid the travesty from my head.

This would be the ultimate knife to the back. No, wait, the face. Nono, better: the genitals. Yes, a degenderising knife to the genitals.
