I'm 18 myself. I've been out of High School almost an entire year now. She's 16. We're only a 2 year difference.

I know I haven't given anyone any updates lately, but here's the deal...

I'm almost done. I'm going to post up some teaser videos and trailers before release on Youtube. I'll edit the first post entirely near release, and then the first places the game files will be uploaded will be 64digits.com (if it's back up by then), host-a.net, and yoyogames.com.

.7z and .zip versions will be available.

Give me to the end of this month or a little longer. I'm aiming mostly before I leave for my trip to Vermont this month.

Unfortunately, Phoenixan hasen't been on for ages. It's a real shame, cause I liked him. Not to mention I was looking forward to his game.

Phoe said his game was almost done, so we'll probably see it somewhere this year. I loved the demo, so the full game will sure be rewarded with good responses!

Well, I'm back from my vacation now, and indeed, I am working on finishing this project. My fanfic has top priority at the moment though to finish first. Mainly because it has the back-story to Fire Under Siege, and it'd be nice to concentrate on 1 project instead of 2.

Hey cool. I remember that I had much fun with the demo, the bosses were programmed very good for a GameMaker game and so are the many powers Phoenixan was able to get (the shock rocket was cool). Can you tell us homany % the full delevopement of the game is at the moment?

I'd say 90%.

And I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the full game either. :) I've been especially practicing with basic AI (for some of the bosses and soldier enemies you encounter). There's a few new weapons too, but I think I already mentioned them before. XD

Oh, and I forgot... in the final game, it's not exactly a shock rocket anymore. :P Image

Yeah, unfortunately, it is Windows exclusive (as is GameMaker), but I might port it over to a Java platform some time (where it'd work on Windows, Linux, and Mac). There's another game-building program by the name of Stencyl, and it looks promising, and uses a d&d/code system much like GameMaker would.

Or, I'd just use Stencyl to make another game all-together. I don't want to make Phoenixan my life. :P
