1 year in dog years is about 5 years in human years.

I had a cat named Pepper that I bought when I was still living back in Saudi Arabia. He turned 5 this year, and he was a really nice looking cat with long hair and brown and white fur.

But he ran away a few months ago, and we suspect that he might just be dead now.

I miss him. T__T

Years are based on planets, not on animals.

And fortunately, our cat Zoé would never disappear, as she's afraid of leaving our garden xD

It's said to be about 7.2 actually. Makes it easier if they're just refered to in dog years, tbph.

I have one dog named Nicholas but we just call him Nickey he is a black and white Bichon shi-tzu and we got him in 2000 so its very easy to tell his age 2007=7 and he is about halfway through his life.

If that's the case, you should buy one of those dog-excluder door things. I think it's cruel to keep dogs outside :tssk:

Yep, same thing here man. I just got a dog, a chihuaha mind you. She is very playful, and what my mother noticed is that it fills my old father with life. She usually sleeps in my dads room. Right now she sits on my lap as I type, bored. She keeps licking me lol. Its so hard to type with her, but she won't stop whining even though she is right there.... :/
