I am havin' a problem with Rayman M
while i was playin' i realized that there is no BG music in race mode o' during a fight .
how to fix dat?

More information would be useful. What system are you playing it on? Have you noticed anything else odd? Have you checked your disc for scratches, assuming you own a physical copy?
Give us details about the problem.

Like the others...and Rulez, said, we can't help you unless you help us help you, there are many versions of Rayman M, each with their own flaws and problems, by providing us with some more information, such as the version of the game for starters, and what OS you're running it on if it happens to be the PC, the task of finding an answer is made easier as collaboration can be had.
