Hey guys, I'm Schmooky.luke's older brother.
I understand he may be getting on some of your nerves, and frankly this is getting on mine, too.
You see, I don't like Rayman. So the entire reason I created this account is because of this post.
Schmooky.luke isn't supposed to be on this forum, I instructed him not to come on here again.
So I'm apologizing for anything questionable that he's done.
Thanks for reading,
-Giggimish

Hello fellow RPC members, it's Schmooky.luke here. As you can see, my older brother doesn't want me on here anymore.
Looks like everybody's happy about that, now lets get down to the point. You see the whole reason I joined this forum is so I could talk to Rayman fans. I felt alone because there was nobody to talk to around we're I live. Members who are rejoicing, this is the last time I'm posting. Nobody wants me here any more.
Thanks TFDs.

Why is that exactly? I'm actually somewhat serious in my questioning here, because seems able to manage himself quite well from my view. Why must he leave? He hasn't done anything 'questionable' per se, and he isn't getting on anyone's nerves.

No I don't understand either.. Read through a few posts and they seemed pretty normal for a new (relatively young) member..

Well, it's entirely possible, especially with how young Schmooky.luke is, that the family has some kinds of restrictions. I know when I was younger than 13 my parents were very adamant I never sign up for forums or chat with strangers online. Of course, I didn't listen to them and got in a lot of trouble when they found out.
It could be this or maybe a really controlling older sibling.

Indeed. If they're just general restrictions, then those restrictions shouldn't be there. What exactly is going to happen? It's the age of technology; preventing people from Making friends and meeting people online is virtually the same as preventing them from making friends in real life.

Not sure if I buy the whole brother protection thing - it sounds more like a cry for pity to me.
Either way, it's a pretty undignified exit.

Pity that luke's older brother doesn't have taste.
And I don't see what's the problem of a 13-years old navigating through forums, I started doing that at my 14 without any restriction.

Some peoples' parents are just stricter than others. Even though this is the age of technology, there are still a lot of people who look at things like the internet with skepticism. They aren't familiar with it or have only had bad experiences with it, and to make sure their child is safe they will put limitations on it. My parents were only restrictive of forums and instant messaging. Otherwise, as long as I didn't give out personal information, they let me do pretty much whatever I wanted. According to Schmooky's profile, he's only 11, and while he seems able to hold himself well on forums, his parents still might not be comfortable with letting him go around talking to strangers that are probably significantly older than him.
Since it's his older brother that posted, though, I feel like it could either be a really controlling sibling or the parents asked him to do something about it because they're busy. There's numerous scenarios this could be. Regardless, if Schmooky likes Rayman so much and enjoyed his stay on the forum up until now, it's likely he'll be back in the future and maybe will explain what was actually going on.
