The Tomb of the Ancients, in short, is a haunted graveyard within a cave. There are many tombstones and wooden dolls around here. The place is filled with green, poisonous water. The walls and ground are made of dark rock with a bluish tinge on them. You can hardly ever see any sky here, although when you can, you see a blackened, creepy sky. This place is haunted by Zombie Chickens, Piranhas and Bats.

In Rayman 2: The Great Escape/Rayman Revolution/Rayman DS, the Pirates use this place for one of their strongholds, meaning a lot of wood and Robo-Pirates themselves.
Rayman visits the Tomb of the Ancients in Rayman 2: The Great Escape/Revolution/DS towards the end of the game. A secret 1000th Yellow Lum is hidden here. At the end of the level, Rayman meets up with Clark. Unfortunately, Admiral Razorbeard's Lackey has attached a device to the back of Clark which lets him control him! After a short battle, Rayman destroys the device and Clark is restored to normal.
This section is a list of all Minigames that appear throughout the Rayman series.

Bunnies are addicted to carrot juice

In this minigame who must shoot carrot juice at the oncoming Frog Rabbids to stop any of them getting near you. You cannot merely give them a quick shoot. You must fill each one's goggles with carrot juice to stop them, with takes about a second.

Bunnies don't give gifts

Professor Barranco gets another Rabbid to give you an explosive present box. You must quickly get to Barranco to pass the present to him before it explodes on you.

Bunnies like surprises

You must make the Rabbid with the plunger stuck on his face run into as many objects as possible. Shake the bells to make him move left or right. When you are still he will move.

Bunnies can't fly

Make Clark the Superrabbid fly as far as possible to win. All you have to do is pump up the engine as fast as you can.

Bunnies can't fly part 2

This minigame is the same as part 1 except now you can use his belt to blast him off further.

Bunnies are bad at peek-a-boo

When Serguei is not looking, you must tip-toe as fast as possible to get as far as possible until he turns around. When he does turn around, you must keep the cursor in the bubble as it moves otherwise you will lose balance and fail.

Bunnies have natural rhythm

You must eliminate all the bunnies and avoid getting hurt. You have three lives. Bunnies will chase you to try and hurt you. What you must do is hit a radio to make the bunnies of that color dance to the music, then you can hit them ones. There are four colors and three in each color, making twelve bunnies. when all twelve bunnies are eliminated, the game is over.

Clark the Giant was a character from Rayman 2: The Great Escape and its remakes, Rayman 2: Revolution and Rayman DS. In Rayman 2 and Rayman DS, Clark makes his first appearance in the Menhir Hills. In Revolution, he makes his first appearance in the Minisaurus Plains (or the Eastern Plains if the player does not access the area before obtaining the first mask).

Creation
Clark was one of the first of the people created by Polokus in the early days of the Glade of Dreams. Clark was created to fold the land into hills and to dig out valleys and lakes.

Main Role in Rayman 2
The Menhir Hills
Clark, like Globox and Carmen, was one of the characters-in-distress that Rayman had to help out following his adventures in the Sanctuary of Water and Ice (Whale Bay in the PS version of Rayman 2). In all versions of the game, Clark plays his first major role in the Menhir Hills and is the first of the People that Rayman must save.

After dashing through the dangerous Menhir Hills, Rayman arrives in a Pirate Academy. There, he discovers that all the Robo-Pirates have been destroyed, thanks to Clark. Clark, however, accidentally swallowed a robot part and became sick--possibly fatally. To save his friend, Rayman must travel to the Cave of Bad Dreams to find a cure. Though before the Guardian of the Cave of Bad Dreams did not allow Rayman entry, Clark gives Rayman the knowledge he needs to enter.

The Menhir Hills Revisit
Following Rayman's triumph over the cave guardian, Rayman returns through the trials of the Menhir Hills and gives Clark the Elixir of Life. Grateful and full of rejuvenated energy, Clark agrees to be Rayman's bodyguard for the duration of the level. Clark uses his special ability--crashing through wooden walls--to allow Rayman to pass through the academy and (in Rayman 2 and Rayman DS) into the next level.

Tomb of the Ancients
Clark was somehow captured following the events of the Menhir Hills, and in the end was brought to a secret laboratory deep within the Tomb of the Ancients. By the time Rayman finds his powerful friend, it is too late; Clark has been brainwashed by Admiral Razorbeard's Lackey and is being controlled via Remote Control. This leads to an unexpected boss battle against Clark.

To defeat Clark, Rayman had to press three switches to turn on a laser beam, and then trip the giant on it. Once the giant was tripped, Rayman could attack the RC pack on Clark's back. After a while of doing this, the pack was destroyed and Clark was saved once and for all. After doing a dance with Rayman, Clark assists Rayman in reaching the warp spot that (in Rayman 2) takes him to the next level.

After the Tomb
Clark's final appearance in all the versions of Rayman 2 is after the fight with Razorbeard. Clark is waiting with other good characters for Rayman's return.

Minor Roles in Rayman Revolution
Clark's primary role in Rayman Revolution (other than his level appearances) is opening up the Globox's House, Rainbow Cliffs, and Iron Mountain areas of the game. He is visited after every sanctuary level.

The Eastern Plains
In Rayman 2: Revolution, Clark's first appearance is either outside or at the Eastern Plains in the Minisaurus Plains. If Rayman has not completed the Sanctuary of Water and Ice and heads along the path towards the Eastern Plains, a gang of Robo-Pirates will ambush him. Though it will look like he is defeated, Rayman is happy to see Clark ambushing the pirates. Clark chases the Robo-Pirates into the Eastern Plains, yelling threats. If Rayman never trods in this direction before his destination becomes the Menhir Hills, this scene will not happen.

Clark's next appearance is following the Sanctuary of Water and Ice. The Teensie at the Minisaurus Plains Teensie Circle will tell Rayman that Clark is waiting in the Eastern Plains. If Rayman enters the Plains and ascends the cliff-side bridge, he will eventually find Clark. Clark uses his wall-breaking ability to pave entry to the Globox's House area of the Front. Clark does not re-appear until the Menhir Hills level.

The Capture of Clark
Clark plays the same role after Rayman has completed the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire. The Teensie of Globox's House tells Rayman that Clark is waiting for him by Whale Bay. If Rayman passes Whale Bay and follows the nearby beach, he will encounter Clark waiting by a bridge. Clark will crash through a wooden wall, and he and Rayman pass through it.

Clark then passes through another wooden wall at the far end of a mountainous arena. However, before Rayman can follow, Robo-Pirates flood out of the hole, presumably capturing Clark in the process and taking him to the Tomb of the Ancients. Rayman must battle wave after wave of Robo-Pirates arcade-style; however, once the road to the Rainbow Cliffs is clear Clark is nowhere to be found.

Later, following the Lava Sanctuary the Teensie of the Rainbow Cliffs tells Rayman that Clark's location has been found. Rayman must return to Skull Cave to locate the Tomb of the Ancients.

The Iron Mountains
Clark's final act follows the Tomb of the Ancients. Rayman must meet Clark by a wooden wall near the Rainbow Cliffs Teensie Circle. Clark busts the wall, allowing Rayman access to the Iron Mountains.

Sub-Sequent Appearances
Clark makes a final in-game appearance after Rayman has completed the Prison Ship. He joins Rayman's other friends in waiting for him by the bullet taking Rayman to the Crow's Nest.

Clark next appears during the final credits, in which he displays his mastery of the electric guitar.

Trivia
*Clark is the only good guy in Rayman 2: Revolution other than Murfy to not have his home visited.
*His name is not to be confused with Clark the Superrabbid from Rayman Raving Rabbids

This is what this whole site is about.
Our love-able hero Rayman.

Rayman is the hero of the Glade of Dreams.
He is the creation of French game designer Michel Ancel, and has become a popular and recognizable video games character over the past decade.

Appearance
Rayman is a typical Raymanian and as such he has no arms, legs or a neck - his hands, feet and head float around his body. He has a huge nose, similar to that of French comic character Asterix, and generally has strawberry blonde hair, shaped into two fronds that he uses as a propeller to slow himself falling and sometimes to speed through water.
His eyes are always black or blue, and very dark and pure in colour compared to most human's eyes.
He is normally seen dressed in a purple shirt that has a white ring on the chest, yellow and white trainers, white gloves, and a red neckerchief or hood.

Biography
Rumours
Very little is known about Rayman's early life, though it is rumoured that the original storyline of Rayman was about a young boy called Jimmy that had been sucked into a world he had created on his computer called "Hereitscool", and transformed into the limbless wonder. It is also unknown as to why exactly Rayman and all of the other characters in the first game are limbless, though rumour has it that the removal of limbs had saved the original graphics team 20 times more memory space than they would have with limbs.

No Problem!
Rayman is first seen in his first game asleep in a hammock, where he lazily speaks the words "No problem" in response to his calls from the Magician to save the world from the terror caused by Mister Dark. He apparently lives by the sea in what looks like a shipwrecked boat, though his home is never fully seen. It is then he travels through six different lands in search of Mister Dark's Dare, where he challenges and defeats Mr. Dark and his hybrids.

Rayman the Teacher
Main Article: Rayman Junior

From 1996, Rayman appeared in several educational computer games designed especially for children, notably a remake of the original Rayman in which the player has to solve several questions throughout modified versions of the original levels. This game had several names, and was later released for the Playstation in 2000 as Rayman Junior.

Other educational Rayman games included the following:

* Rayman Activity Centre
* Rayman Premieres Clics
* Rayman Éviel

A New World
Between the events of Rayman 1 and 2, Rayman somehow ended up in the world he is in today. He was discovered asleep by some fishermen, who called upon all the creatures of the world for help. They were amazed. Eventually, Rayman woke up and managed to convince the others of his good intentions. When they were convinced, they knew he was a hero.

Pirates!
Main Articles: Rayman 2: The Great Escape, Rayman Revolution and Rayman DS

Now it was time for Rayman to show his heroicness. Admiral Razorbeard and his Robo-Pirate army soon attacked and in the Great Forest, Rayman and Globox fought off a bunch of them. Suddenly, Rayman's powers disppeared and Ly telephatically communicated with him to tell him the Heart of the World had been smashed into 1000 pieces called Lums, meaning Rayman and Ly's powers had disappeared. Then Rayman was captured and he told a frightened Globox to go to Ly for help. Rayman was put in a jail cell and Globox himself soon arrived, giving him a Silver Lum from Ly. The Silver Lum gave him back the power to shoot his magic fist and he used to escape. Globox accidentally knocks Rayman off the ship and they both go plunging to their doom...

On his journey to find Ly, Rayman meets Murfy, the Grand Minimus, the Baby Globoxes and more. He soon finds Ly, who gives him the grapple power back and tells him he needs to finds the four masks of Polokus to reawaken Polokus himself. On his journey to collect them, Rayman does many things such as find an Elixer to cure Clark, free many friends from captivity and even defeats the guardians of the masks. Eventually, he collects all four and travels to the Prison Ship to defeat Razorbeard. After beating him, Razorbeard blows up the Prison Ship and Rayman is believed to be dead, the only thing left of him being his shoe. At his funeral, Rayman arrives, and everyone cheers, knowing their hero is still alive after a long and difficult journey.

Let the competition begin!
Main Article: Rayman M

Rayman and his friends & foes returned for a competition to see who actually was the best. The competition contained two parts: Racing and Battle. Rayman was one of the main competetors, but he did not have any skins.

Razorbeard's Revenge
Main Article: Rayman 3 (GBA)

When Razorbeard strikes back at the Glades of Dreams, it is up to Rayman to save his friends yet again. Rayman and Globox talk about how Globox was saving the Teensies when he accidentally swallowed a Black Lum. Suddenly, Globox vanishes and Rayman goes looking for him. Facing similar events to Rayman 2, Rayman soon battles Razorbeard's machine the Grolgoth yet again and defeats Razorbeard.

Later, Globox tells his children that he saved the world, with a little help from Rayman.

A Wacky Adventure
Main Article: Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc

Rayman and Globox sleep peacefully in the Crossroads of Dreams when Murfy comes panicking. He wakes Globox up and Globox sees why Murfy is panicking: there is a Hoodlum coming straight for them. Desperate, they try to wake Rayman up, and Globox ends up accidentally pulling off Rayman's hands. Globox runs off in fear of his life, taking Rayman's hands with him. Murfy picks Rayman up by the hair and they both fly off, Rayman waking up.

Character
Rayman2 manual=
"No wise man or magician can say by what fate or whim of the gods Rayman came to appear at the Glade of Dreams.

Rayman was found Washed up by a sea called the sea of lums.
On a particularly stormy night, they found Rayman sleeping peacefully under the shade of a palm tree.
Frightened by this strange creature from the sea, they called on the people of the forest, the skies and the waters for help.
And the sun had not yet reached the zenith when a host of beings, each one more bizarre than the rest, came tumbling over the violent sand dunes.
They studied him for a long time. "What kind of creature Is this?" they asked each other. "Is he alive?" wondered one when Rayman stretched and yawned.

It didn't take Rayman long to convince the people of the Glade of Dreams of his good intentions.
His energy and good humor, his fantastical powers and love for life and nature won over even the most distrustful of the beings.
And when he triumphed over the evil Mr. Dark, the truth was undeniable - Rayman was the bravest of them all, the ideal hero,
the man for whom friendship and laughter are more important than anything else, for whom the greatest victory is measured by the extent
of celebrations that follow it."

(Note= I think it's been translated from another language, which is why it seems weird when you read it.)

Trivia
* Rayman is the one of the most powerful video game characters around with a whole tonne of useful abilities. He is very strong, can run super fast, and can even imitate other people very good!
* Rayman is ambidextrous
* Rayman was a wanted character in the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but never made it.
* When Rayman 2 was released in Japan and China, Rayman's purple clothes and the stripes on Ly's suit had to be changed to blue, because in those countries purple is the "colour of the dead".

* Rayman Activity Centre
* Rayman Premieres Clics
* Rayman Éviel

A New World
Between the events of Rayman 1 and 2, Rayman somehow ended up in the world he is in today.

Desperate, they try to wake Rayman up, and Globox ends up accidentally pulling off Rayman's hands. Globox runs off in fear of his life, taking Rayman's hands with him.

* Rayman Activity Centre
* Rayman Premieres Clics
* Rayman Éviel

A New World
Between the events of Rayman 1 and 2, Rayman somehow ended up in the world he is in today.

* Rayman Activity Centre
* Rayman Premieres Clics
* Rayman Éviel

A New World
Between the events of Rayman 1 and 2, Rayman somehow ended up in the world he is in today. He was discovered asleep by some fishermen, who called upon all the creatures of the world for help. They were amazed. Eventually, Rayman woke up and managed to convince the others of his good intentions. When they were convinced, they knew he was a hero.

Pirates!
Main Article: Rayman 2: The Great Escape, Rayman Revolution and Rayman DS

Trivia
-Rayman is the one of the most powerful video game characters around with a whole tonne of useful abilities. He is very strong, can run super fast, and can even imitate other people very good!

-Rayman is amphidextrious

-Rayman was a wanted character in the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but never made it.

* Rayman Activity Centre
* Rayman Premieres Clics
* Rayman Éviel

A New World
Between the events of Rayman 1 and 2, Rayman somehow ended up in the world he is in today.

Trivia
-Rayman is the one of the most powerful video game characters around with a whole tonne of useful abilities. He is very strong, can run super fast, and even imitate other people very good!

-Rayman is amphidextrious

-Rayman was a wanted character in the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but never made it.

Bad Rayman is an evil version of Rayman (character). He only appears in Rayman (game) and Rayman Arena for XBox and GCN.

Appearance
In Rayman 1, Bad Rayman looked just like Rayman except he had grey skin, yellow eyes with no pupils, purple hair and neckerchief and blue shoes and shirt.

In Rayman Arena, his design changed. His skin was the same color. He has red eyes, a yellow neckerchief, red gloves, orange shoes and a darker purple shirt with an X on it.

Biography
When Rayman arrived in Candy Chateau in Rayman 1, Mr. Dark created a Bad Rayman. Bad Rayman copied whatever Rayman did and if he caught up with him, he would kill him by touching him. Eventually, Rayman reached the end of the level and Bad Rayman died.

He returned in Amazing Learning Games With Rayman/Rayman Junior and Rayman Gold/Rayman Forever with the same role. This is possibly because he is just a shadow and therefore cannot die.

Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 is a spin-off game released for the DS. It is part of the spin-off Rayman Raving Rabbids series.

Plot
After invading Rayman's world, the insane Rabbids have a new objective: THE INVASION OF PLANET EARTH! The Rabbids are determined to study human behavior and mimic everything that humans do. As part of their training, they must carry out missions around the globe in order for world domination. Rayman must follow the Rabbids and tell the world about what they have learned from humans.

After collecting enough information, Rayman tells the Humans about the Rabbids, getting the humans prepared for any Rabbid attacks.

Characters
Rayman: Rayman is barely focused on in this game, his only appearances being in the cutscenes and after you play a minigame. His mission is to take pictures of the Rabbids and get enough information about them to tell the humans.

Rabbids: The Rabbids are the main characters in this game. They are travelling all over the world to study human behavior and mimic it so they can learn enough to take over the world.

Your Rabbid: This is the Rabbid you play as. Rayman follows this certain Rabbid around the world to take pictures of him and show the humans. In Bunny Mode, you can draw on this Rabbid, dress him up, give him an environment to live in and make him interact with objects.

Gameplay
There are four modes: Adventure Mode, Score Mode, Bunny Mode, and Multi Mode.

In Adventure Mode you must choose an area (USA, Latina, Europe, Asia, Japan and Oceania) and complete all the minigames in it (the minigames are changed to be easier in Adventure Mode). Not only must you do that, but you must also get enough points (information) to finish that area. This means you have to replay minigames in that area over and over again until you earn enough points. If you win a minigame, you get 15 points. If you do completely terrible, you get two. if you somewhere in between, you get around 8 points. When you finish a minigame in Adventure Mode, you earn an item in Bunny Mode.

In Score Mode, you have to beat all the developer scores to get all the trophies. The areas are the same, except the minigames have been changed a little to become harder. When you beat a developer score on a minigame, you earn an item in Bunny Mode.

In Bunny Mode, you can draw on your Bunny, dress him up and give him a weapon, draw him a home or make him interact with items (Boxing Gloves, a Recording Microphone, a Tickling Feather or a Drum Kit).

Lastly is Multi Mode, where you can play with up to four friends. You can do this with multi-cards or a single-card download. If you play single-card multiplayer, you can only play three minigames. In multi-card, only 11 minigames are available for multiplayer. All of these are available in 2-player, but not all of them for three or four-player.

The most noteable minigames are the music ones, which have appeared in the Wii verions of Rayman Raving Rabbids and Rayman Raving Rabbids 2. They are a little different in this game, though. They are mostly similar to Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 for the Wii, in which symbols will come down from the top of the screen and you have to hit them when they get to the templates. Except in this game, there are four templates and instead of Wii Remote and Nunchuck symbols, you have circles instead, which you must touch when they get to the templates (which are boomboxes). The 'red is bad, yellow is good and green is perfect' rule is here, except you get points for yellow and twice as many for green. Also at times a circle with an arrow pointing upwards appears. When you touch it, it will float back up to the top of the screen, and you must keep the stylus on it to get the maximum amounts of points. The music games are much easier in this game.

Raymanian is the language used in the Glades of Dreams. It seems to sound different with different species to fit their personbality, such as Ly's sounding like echoing, Murphy's sounding like whispers and Razorbeard's sounding like an angry robot. It was only used in Rayman 2/DS and you could choose it in Rayman Revolution. Also, the characters seem to speak it in Rayman M, Rayman Raving Rabbids and Rayman Raving Rabbids 2. It isn't used in Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc, so whether they do speak it in Rayman 3 in canon is not known.

The people (or at least Rayman) also seem to be able to speak English/French/German/etc. as at the end of Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 (DS) Rayman is speaking to some humans.

Despite her animal-like appearance, she is a fairy, and is speculated to have been a replacement for Ly the Fairy, who was supposed to appear as a playable character but was scrapped from the game.

Appearance
Tily is a small young creature that somewhat resembles a canine or perhaps a feline animal. She is orange and pale yellow in colour with dots and swirls over her body, has large blue eyes, and has lilac and gold translucent wings which she uses to glide. Tily also has the ability to shrink her body and turn into a butterfly-like creature. Her official hair colour according to the game is red with pink streaks, though in some of the official artwork it is purple, like Ly's. She also had a skin with similar features to Ly, but it was apparently scrapped from the game.

Personality
Apparently, she is sweet and girlish at one point, but when the competition starts, she can get tough.
Appearance
Cookie looks in a way similar to a Teensie because of his huge nose (which is actually a snout). He looks like a crossover between a dog and a Teensie. He has brown fur and stands upright. At the end of his snout is a dog-like nose. He wears a blue bandana around the top of his head. He is very fat, wears a green shirt patterned with squares and similar trousers with a belt around them. He has long, bare arms and he has no shoes, showing huge toes. He is also known to wear glasses.

Personality
Cookie has a personality rather like Murfy from Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. He can be very rude and doesn't seem to care about others much. He dislikes Rayman's ways because he thinks Rayman doesn't take things too seriously at times. He is a big complainer, especially when it comes to headaches, and also seems to enjoy cooking. His best friend seems to be Lacmac, as he always hangs out with him the most. Lastly, he is very good at fixing things, at the end of the first episode managing to fix someone else's car when it seemed impossible, so they could take it.

Plot
Rayman and the Baby Globoxes are having a picnic in a forest when three Rabbids erupt from the ground, capturing the Baby Globoxes. Rayman tries to offer them food, but then Serguei comes and grabs Rayman. The Rabbids take Rayman and the Baby Globoxes to their coliseum and keep them in jail cells.

In order to escape, Rayman must collect plungers to build a ladder up to the window so he can jump out. He does this by taking part in trials to entertain the Rabbids. After trials, Rayman is rewarded with a plunger and is taken back to his jail cell to get some rest for the next day's lot of trials. As he goes on, Rayman's cell is decorated to look nicer and he wins more costumes and songs. After every day, he goes to the ladder of plungers, looking at the window hoping to escape, but a bird always comes and poops on him. After fifteen days, Rayman finally collects enough plungers and escapes, getting his revenge on the annoying bird on the way. Back at the forest, Rayman sees sheep eating the remains of the picnic and remembers he forgot the Baby Globoxes. He tries to go back through a hole in which they were captured through but ends up stuck.
Characters
Rayman and the Rabbids are the main stars of this game. Also included are the Baby Globoxes, the only returning characters, the Rabbids henchmen, strange creatures that look like a cross between rhinos and elephants and some animals, who only serve as fillers.

Rayman: Rayman was taken by surprise by this invasion from within. What do the Rabbids intend to do? It's hard to say.
But now they're everywhere and their atypical psyches make them formidable and unpredictable opponents.

A Few Rabbids...

Pink: Pink is mute and timid. Yet, with just a little patience you can easily learn the basics of his method of communication and understand what he says. For example, "Hey mate!! What's up?" is translated, in his language, by firing a heat-seaking missile . (It is true that, long term, you could say that all he really knows how to say is "Hey mate!! What's up?").

Serguei: Serguei is a softy. Out of pure coquetry, he wears a delightful, finely worked metal muzzle. His joie de vivre and his strong sense of repartee make him a very pleasant companion. He's always ready to keep things light and lively with little tricks, such as grinding phalanxes, switching your clavicles or even playing "this little piggy" with your toes.

Professor Barranco: Professor Barranco is a scientist. He is currently writing a very complex thesis on thermodynamics and the resistance of certain materials. For the moment, he is accumulating certain certain experimental data, firstly, on their resistance of cranial bones to the impact of a bludgeon, and secondly, the resistance to high temperatures generated by the explosion of booby-trapped gifts.

The frog-rabbids: The frog-Rabbids are part of the elite commando team. They are formidable combatants. They are systematically sent out on the most dangerous missions, such as assaults on carrot juice bars, infiltrating a popular chorus or even maintaining the peace in front of the toilets.

Clark: Clark is not a Rabbid like the others. His Super-powers enable him to accomplish feats that gain him respect and admiration from everyone. He is the inventor and the undisputed champion of a new kind of biathlon (the consecutive combo: Descending Flight + Vertical Subterranean Race).

Rayman Raving Rabbids is the first video game of a spin-off series based on the Rayman series. It was released for the Nintendo Wii, Sony Playstation 2, PC, and the Gameboy Advance in 2006, followed by ports for the Nintendo DS and the Microsoft XBox 360 in 2007.

Polokus is the god of the Glades of Dreams. He himself was created by the Yellow Lums. After finishing creating this world, he went into a deep sleep to have a meeting with the other gods so they discuss the future. Before doing this, Polokus created four masks that, when reunited, would awaken Polokus in case their was trouble. He didn't want anybody doing this though, so he hid them in the four corners of the world and placed Guardians there to protect them, each one with a weakness. This was done in such a way that only one being could get these masks: Rayman.

It is when Razorbeard and his Robo-Pirate army attack in Rayman 2: The Great Escape that Rayman must collect the four masks. After every time Rayman collects a mask, he meets Polokus in his dreams. Polokus takes the mask and urges Rayman to find the rest. After Rayman finds them all, Polokus explains that Rayman will have to fight Razorbeard on the prison ship because in air, Polokus is strong but when on ground he is as vulnerable as a new-born. Then he gives Rayman maximum energy and teleports him to the Prison Ship. Polokus then eliminates all the Robo-Pirates.

At the end of the game, Polokus joins the rest at Rayman's funeral, very sad. Then Rayman arrives, alive, and everyone, including Polokus, celebrate.

A Rabbid is a rabbit-like creature in the Rayman universe. The name is a mix of 'rabid' and 'rabbit'. They are the latest race of creatures to star in a new spin-off of the Rayman series called Rayman Raving Rabbids.

Appearance
Rabbids very much resemble albino rabbits - they are white with furless mouths and bellies and have dark blue eyes which turn red when crazed, but they have no noses. They are known to have loads of costumes spoofing fictional characters or everyday life.

Personality
Rabbids are most known for their personality. They are 100% insane. They do completely stupid things like disguise as themselves and try using tennis rackets to play soccer. Their favorite word is 'BWAAAH!', although in Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 for the Wii this seems to have been changed with 'Yeah!'.

Types of Rabbids
Serguei: He is supposedly the leader of the Rabbids. He is big with huge muscles and black fur. He guards Rayman's cell in the console versions of Rayman Raving Rabbids and apparently is smellier than any other Rabbid. He has made no other appearance apart from the American cover of Rayman Raving Rabbids 2.

Normal Rabbid: These are the most common Rabbids. They are just white with no suits.

Sam Fisher Bunny: Dressed like Sam Fisher. They are very good at dodging projectiles.

Gladiator Bunny: Their armor protects them very well against attacks, but pieces of it will fall out each time it is hit.

Indian Bunny: They are very weak, and are sometimes seen camping when Rayman lands and intrudes there.

It features a few changes from the original Rayman game such as the disappearance of a few levels. It was also made a little easier than Rayman and now Rayman starts with four units of health and can get up to six. Also, due to limitations with the Gameboy Advance system, the music sounds different and some of it was took out completely.

Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 is the sequel to the spin-off series Rayman Raving Rabbids. It was the most recent of the Rayman series, being released in 2007 on the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo DS.

Plot
After having tried to take over Rayman's world, the Rabbids have now set their sights on ours! Using their headquarters in a shopping mall as their base, they are currently travelling all over the world to study our behavior and prepare a massive invasion.

Rayman has infiltrated the Rabbids' base in disguise, hoping to prevent these stupid creatures from carrying out their crazy, evil plan.

Watching TV, Rayman finds out that the Rabbids have invaded Earth. He goes to their headquarters, which
is a shopping mall, and finds two Rabbids being guards as the other Rabbids enter the base to start work. Rayman quickly disguises as a Rabbid by putting two socks on his hair, wearing fake eyeballs and breathing in helium to sound like a Rabbid. Grabbing a coke can, he throws it and he two guards, thinking it was each other who made the sound, start attacking each other. Rayman sneakily proceeds to hide behind another car and picks up the plunger the Rabbids threw away upon attacking each other. He places the Plunger in his Plunger Gun and climbs a ladder to the ceiling of the shop. He looks down through some glass to see the Rabbids watching a video of human behavior. One of the Rabbids suddenly looks up to where Rayman is and startled, Rayman backs away and falls into a hole, landing right in the base itself. The Rabbids come closer to Rayman, ready to attack, when their leader arrives. The leader recognizes Rayman and gets out a copy of the European Rayman Raving Rabbids game to make sure it is him. Rayman then does a Rabbid scream and the Rabbids, convinced he is one of them, allow him to take part in their mission as they set off for a continent to invade.

Characters
This game features Rayman and the Rabbids. Being a spin off, this game focuses much more on the Rabbids than it does Rayman. In this game, Rayman acts like a Rabbid in order to keep himself unnoticed. The Rabbids are now more human like than they were in Rayman Raving Rabbids, doing human things and even having their own crazy way of speech.

Gameplay
In the game you can choose from Trips Mode, Score Mode, Trips customization or the Plaza. In Trips mode you can choose from 5 different areas to visit. Then you take part in 5 randomly chose minigames
and a music one as the area's final. In Score Mode, you can replay the 45 minigames you unlocked in Trips and try to beat the high scores to unlock more Rabbid costumes. Trips customization lets you create up to three of your own trips and play them from the Trips menu. Lastly is the Plaza, where you can view the credits, listen to music you unlocked, play some FPS Plunger Shooters and customize Rayman or the Rabbids with more than 110 items of clothing. Rayman only has 9 costumes while the Rabbids have around 50. Also new to this game is the choose of easy mode or normal mode in both Trips and Score and simultaneous multiplayer in all of the minigames.

The Plunger Shooters are different from Rayman Raving Rabbids. Instead of polygon made worlds, they now take place in real world locations, because someone from Ubisoft went round filming locations and then Ubisoft added the Rabbids into it on the computer. To reload, you now have to pess the A button.
The grapple abilty is now gone. Finally, they are now more slow than they were in the original Rayman Raving Rabbids.

The music stages have changed too. Instead of dancing to the music, you now play it. You can choose from 4 different instruments and instead of Rabbids coming from the sides of the stage, you now have Wii Remote and Nunchuck symbols coming down from the top of the screen and when they get to the templates at the bottom of the screen, you must strike down whichever controller the symbol is of. Nunchuck symbols are always at the left and Wiimote symbols are always at the right. If you get a wobbly red circle when you hit a symbol, it means you did bad and you lose some points, if you get a wobbly yellow circle it means you did good and get no points, and if you get a green circle it means you got perfect and you gain some points. Also at certain times it will tell you you must either alternatively move the Nunchuck and Wii Remote up and down, swing the Wii Remote like a lasso or swing the Nunchuck like a lasso. All actions you must do as fast as possible to get the most points.
Note that in easy mode you don't actually play the song, you just do the actions.

In all Score Mode minigames you must get more than 12000 points in normal mode to get the trophy and unlock a Rabbid costume. In all Trips you must beat a total of 72000 points to get the trophy and unlock a Rabbid costume.
