'''The Tower of the Leptys''' is the ninth and final level in ''[[Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc|Rayman 3]]''. It is the tower built for the [[Knaaren]] god, the [[Leptys]].

The only enemies here are several kinds of [[Hoodlums]], [[Andre]] and the final boss [[Reflux]] (who is a [[Knaaren]]) that we have to defeat into 4 fights. The 3 first fights are at the top of the tower and the last one is on a different area.

Hoodlum Headquarters

'''The Hoodlum Headquarters''' is the second last level in ''[[Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc|Rayman 3]]''. After climbing to the top of [[the Summit Beyond the Clouds]] [[Rayman]] is forced to snowboard after his frozen friend [[Globox]]. When [[Rayman]] manages to pass him their weight combined manages to break the stone shelf they were standing on tumbling them into the HQ.

The HHQ is over seen by the game's major enemy [[André]], who uses tricks and traps to capture [[Rayman]]'s friend [[Globox]]. The actual environment is a hacked together never-seen vehicle which transports [[Rayman]] to the [[Leptys]] where by he can trick the [[Gumsi|King]] of the [[Knaaren]] into using the scepter to call for power via the gods.

[[André]]'s machine, [[the Horrible Machine]], is defeated and in a last ditch attempt to stop [[Rayman]] he opens up the flood gates holding back the lava effectively destroying his own ship and killing a proportion of his own army. Both [[André]] and [[Rayman]] (and many others [[Hoodlums]]) survive the suicide attempt.

*In the foundry, there is a chamber hidden inside the boiler that contains a statue of [[Admiral Razorbeard]] and many of his henchmen standing behind a table, spoofing the ''Last Supper'' painting by Leonardo da Vinci.
*A random type of [[Hoodlum]] comes out while battling [[the Horrible Machine]].
*The lava floods quickly and [[Slapdash]]es comes out to block [[Rayman]].
*The Eiffel tower can be seen at the last room at the first part of this level.
