Whereas [[Otto Psi\|Otto]] has an exaggerated German accent and [[Roméo Patti\|Roméo]] a stereotypical surfer/hippie accent, Art speaks with a Japanese accent, and calls [[Globox]] ‘Globox-san’ upon their first meeting (‘-san’ being an honorific suffix in Japanese). Other stereotypical Japanese traits include his meditative nature and slanted eyes. His name is a pun on ''‘arthritis’'', while the second one is a French pun on ''‘sciatica’''.

[[Globox]], however, does not wish to be treated by yet another [[Teensie doctor]] and attempts to flee, only to be grabbed by [[Rayman]]'s [[Lockjaw]] and dragged in to see Art ~~Rytus~~.
