If you check the perspective of [[Teensette]], you'll see she looks like she's made of paper of card, and on a closer look you'll see that they have been coloured in with pencils. So I think they are cutouts of Grand Minimus and Teensette coloured in incorrectly :P. What the display was originally for I don't know, but I'm definitely sure it's just that and not weird scrapped skins.
