The [[Hoodlum]]s were going to fill the [[Zaq]]s full of washing powder so the [[Hoodlum]]s could clean their laundry. The whole level was removed because it 'lacked rhythm' compared to other levels, and the Lav-O-Matic cannot be found anywhere else in the game.
